All of my purchases have been beautiful and well-made garments and when I just received one that didn't look right, I was given the 100% painless online experience.
Buyers stay away from this website. The company is based in China and they have received tons of negative reviews worldwide. It is impossible to cancel your transaction or even get a refund... Their customer service is the worst of the worst - Its been one week and they still have not responded to me...
This Company is Not to Trust. I am waiting for Weeks now to get a proper reply regarding sending back the items which have very bad quality and smell awful. They offer you 15 percent back instead of returning the items. I hope this email help to protect other customers for this fake company.

Disappointed with the dress. Picture and description showed dress was street length. When it arrived, it is almost to my ankles! Also size runs smaller. Dress material is okay, but duster material is very cheap looking! Don't think I will order from here again! Had to go and purchase another dress for the wedding!

Great variety of clothing for all shapes, sizes of girls. As an older woman, shopping at stores can be frustrating and annoying. Here they have a wide variety of clothing and styles, especially with the different labels, so I always find something I like. My daughter also enjoys shopping here, as do my friends.
No problem with ordering and it arrived when they said it would. From the photo on line the little leaves or petals on the front of the dress look silver but they are white. I will order from Just Fashion Now again, I am pleased with this purchase.

Excellent online boutique I am impressed! I feel like I got a great bargain! I had some doubts, however my clothes arrived faster than expected. I bought a set of shirt and pants. The quality is excellent, fabric rich in pleasant feeling. The size I chose is fine, I wanted to play it safe.
The picture online does NOT reflect the goods. Advertised as leather boots when they look like very cheap plastic, I was hoping to get a full refund but it was obvious that this was extremely complicated so having read the reviews I opted to receive a 20:% refund. Do not buy from this company.

My order was delivered in 2 shipments. In the first a dress felt like a plastic bag. I immediately followed the procedure &contacted the company on July 9. They responded that they received my email but have never sent info on where to return or a return order. The second order had a dress that did not fit. Again I
Followed procedure & was told to return it to China at my expense which might also include special tax

They would give me a 16% refund.
Had to wait over 3 weeks for clothes. Week after I've placed the order, they emailed me to say my home address doesn't exist. I think they just play the game to delay delivery. Now I want to send all this poor quality clothes back to them and they want me to pay for shipping to China or 15% cash back. Never again. I'm so angry

I love this website. I had previously bought them for my brother's wedding before the pandemic and the dress was beautiful and perfect for the wedding. This time I bought a plus size shirt for another family wedding and was really impressed with how quickly it came. It is also beautiful and it fits me well. A little warning though, it's more of a purple pattern than dark blue, still it looks good and I'm happy. Some tips when shopping online to avoid disappointment: always add a size to your usual size, then the clothes will fit you well.
I, and my family think you're clothes are just fab, one small problem is my little Sister is so small that the small items are a bit big for her, any thing I get has to be altered for her. Super service and fast delivery, great choice of really cool stuff love the animal prints, great sense of humour.
I bought a pair of shoes online, received the package a few days later, but the shoes were defective. I contacted customer service who responded immediately, managed to send them back (free return as established in their policy) and exchanged them for another pair, they kept me updated with emails about the different stages and in the end they gave me my new pair of shoes.
Although the patterns are very pretty and unique, the dress looks horrible in person and doesn't fit properly. I'm sending it back. Several of the size medium tops were too tight but the others fit fine. I am not thrilled with the feel of the fabrics. All in all, I rank this order 3 out of 5. Thank you.

First time ordering, have been thinking about it for awhile, so will let you know after I receive my order but so far I like what I see.
Received my order and love the sweatshirt, seems to be made well. Looks as advertised. The purse seems ok, not sure how it will hold up, love the style and color.
This has been the worse experience I have ever had with an on-line purchase! The return policy of requiring things to be returned within 15 days of delivery can require you to make several SEPARATE returns because what you order is shipped in numerous different shipments that arrive days/weeks apart. On top of that items need to be returned to China! And what they do not tell you is that in addition to paying for the return shipment, you would also be responsible for "According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee)." This is not stated on their web-site that I could find, but included in an email with the return label.
I found all items to be of very poor quality and did not look at all like what is shown on line.
I will NEVER order from this company again and urge others not to do so either.

Particularly with jewelry, it would be helpful to have it shown worn, or displayed next to an item everyone knows it relative size. I will not order from you again as I was very disappointed in the size of the earrings I received. The little dogwood flower looked a good size in the picture and there was no measurement given for it. The reality is that it is an earring for a child as it is about 1/4" in diameter. No fair on your part. The clothes I ordered fit my friend who is 3 sizes smaller than I. Sad I really liked those tops.
