Left me a little disappointed with 2 of the items. Wish they would stop enhancing the graphics and show real prints with true colors. All the other items were pretty nice! Great prices so I will just keep all of them. Most deceptive details were on the floral print blouse and the butterfly print dress that had different colors and layers at the bottom were not layers like in the pictures, just a stitched border... made me want to search online for those items they displayed that would look like they present online.:-(
I asked several times I want an express shipment and you don't give me this option at all. You don't have a phone number to call for customer service. Also, I received the items but they were small sizes. However, I processed them for returns and I am waiting the instructions from your company in order to finalize this process. Shipping charges are exorbitant! I decided to cancel my previous order due to the amount of shipping charges. I only processed this order because I really wanted these items. I like your stuff, but I'll think twice before I order anything else.

I love this boutique. I have bought three times and I have been delighted each time with the dress, always even better than in the photo, very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Even on one occasion, my chosen dress was not available near the event due to the damage, they chose me a fantastic alternative. I recommend them with all my heart.
I am really pleasantly surprised! It looks great on me and I was concerned that most long dresses are too long. I can wear flat shoes with the one I buy online here and it's perfect for the summer. You should be modest when sitting to avoid showing too much, as the slit is high and seems to rise a bit when sitting.

I noticed on Etsy that a company called nananova is selling an identical dress to the cheap shoddy one I bought from Justfashion. Please be aware of this as there are lots of seemingly good clothes in the ads but they will probably be of the same poor quality, or should I change that to abysmal quality. I purchased a dress online. I paid in full and received an incorrect and sub-standard item. I requested a refund within the stated 15 day period. The company stalled me by asking for photos of the received package. They did not respond promptly and I was unable to send emails to them as their inbox would not accept them. They then said my request fell outside the 15 day period allowed and have refused to refund my money. Feedback online shows that they do this to many other customers.
I order a lot in this online boutique for small shoes and small sizes at a good price^^ being a size 4 person (and in shoes... * groan *) to find clothes that fit me can be very difficult without buying in the children's section! I love that it only takes little money to get free shipping! I've had a faulty pair of shoes before, but that's the only problem I've had and I forgot to return them so it was my fault!;; Overall it was a great experience.
The clothes are not great quality fabric, they don't look like the pictures. I am still waiting for 2/3 of my first order after 2 months. Some tops are too big, some too small, even when I ordered a size larger, based on reviews. Lets see if the rest of my order even shows up. I got a notice from the Company my order was shipped, and a tracking email would be sent. That was months ago!
Ordered five items about a month ago and received one so far. Very cheap quality. Asked for return information. They said it would be cheaper to receive a 15% of refund and keep the item ( the quality like something you can get from a flea market for $2-3). Not worth keeping it. They would not cancel the rest of my order and keep telling me they are on a way. Impossible to track the order since written in Chinese.

Easy, fast, disappointed I did not realize all the things would be knit poly, a very, very warm fabric. I also do not know why I got two of everything. The shoes were the wrong size. I wear a 9, a long way from the 5 you sent. I am returning some of the "doubles" as soon as we complete our move to a new home next week. I will still probably order from you again at a later date. I am not THAT disappointed.

I ordered 2 items size 14. One item came the size on label xxl just as well as it fit me and the quality was good. I waited nearly 4 weeks for the cocoon dress which after numerous emails and threats I got it. Size on the label xl and it didn't button up over my bust. Emailed them and threatened them with trading standards. They offered me £4 credit to have it altered as it was going to cost me to send it back. So my first item has cost me over £40. Don't use this company they are a rip off. I think the fraud department aught to get involved as they are just stealing our money and it's out if our hands.

While the clothes look cute on line in person they are much cheaper - also, it took over a month for my clothing to arrive (so much for having them to use on a vacation) when I wanted to return 2 items they told me it was going to take so long to get back to China I would miss the refund date (huh?) and so they offered me a refund of $6.77 on a $45.13 purchase! If you like being cheated this is the site for you... don't shop here - go to Marshall's or TJ's or anywhere instead...
