Shipping costs very expensive, thus ordered to qualify for free shipping. About a third of my order either fit poorly or lacked quality - would have chosen to return but shipping costs back to China! Customer service was prompt throughout process with online communication; obviously aware of this challenge for clients, I was offered 15% cash for items that I'd return instead, which I accepted. For customer service, I'd rate 10 stars!
It took me two months to get my order and when I did the shoes were too small. I am disappointed because I did not want my money back, only a larger size shoe due their shoes running smaller. I attempted to contact them and when I did they explained that my time to exchange or ask for a refund expired. The shoes were about $ 30, they are too small. I am extremely disappointed and will never shop here anymore... Very sad that they are willing to lose a customer for $ 30.

I was charged for my order without a confirmation number and had no way to communicate with this company when my order had not arrived. Once it id several weeks late trying to exchange or return anything is a nightmare. You have 15 days to return items. They never get back with you on a return address even though they say they will within 48 hours.

First time buyer ordered on July 1 for my trip to Hawaii and it didn't arrive until July 25.we left on the 27. Leaving no time for me to return 2 of the items that looked very different from the picture.the paperwork said must be returned in 15 days and our trip is 14 days. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And their was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.

Your shipping cost is as much as the sweatshirt! With everyone offering free shipping I was surprised to learn that for one sweatshirt, it would cost $ 15.00 to ship! Customer service sent me an email apologizing for the cost and offered me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase. If you order over $ 109 then the shipping is free. They did reach out and try to make the purchase more acceptable which I find is refreshing in today's marketplace.

Their products are cheaply made with bad quality, dont match the photos at all. Furthermore, they made returns extremely difficult. They are sleazy and only provide an address located in China for returning goods. As a result, shipping fees are often almost two thirds of the purchase prices. Then they offered refunds with one third of the purchase prices.
So, they carefully calculated the whole thing!

Upon buying 11 items... and trying to add the $20 off discount that they said I would get after spending $119... and seeing that the free shipping would be given to me after spending $109... I realized that it was false advertising! This is a company that try's to pull the wool over your eyes... they are giving me excuses on why they can't give me these claims.Don't ever order anything from them!

The clothes look lovely on the web site but look at my photo of the washed out beige and dirty pink shirt just received then look at it on the web site where it is a beautiful khaki with vibrant orange and green palm leaves. What do you think of the TWO seams down the arms, one normal down inside from armpit and the other straight down the outside from the shoulder. I paid $23 for express delivery on 14 April and received one of the four items I ordered today, 3 May and their response is 'it takes 3-5 business days to prepare the order' oh, LOL!
