This was BY FAR the WORST experience I've ever had trying to shop online, and I basically only shop online these days. I signed up for the VIP and tried FOUR separate times to place an order on your website, justfab. When I hit 'place order' it just returned me to the previous screen each time. I had to call and have an agent place the order for me! Then when I was enquiring about how to get to the 'skip the month's option the live agent CANCELLED my vip (which in turn then cancelled my order) spent 2 hours this morning trying to order a pair of shoes and all I got was $15 taken out of my account that I now how to wait up to 2 days to be refunded! AND in the 3 different people I talked to, not one answered my question on whether the site was having technical difficulties and if that was why it would not let me place an order. Otherwise I would have happily kept my membership.
Never been so upset trying to buy shoes before...

I got a pair of boots that I liked from just fab, and then before I know it after I've already paid for them and everything was done I look on my account and there is 3 CHARGES for 39.99! I called them like 5 times and finally got to talk to someone, they said it was for the monthly subscription... ok but that's only 39.99 not 39.99 3 times! Didn't get anywhere with their customer service and finally got to cancel my account... wouldn't recommend Justfab. Too much hassle and you'll most likely be getting charged for something you didn't buy.
I was going to order some boots on here due to low costs, but it REQUIRES you to automatically become signed up for a membership. When you look on the questions to see how to not be signed up it says to click on something that says you want to check out as a regular customer. Guess what? THE BUTTON DOESNT EXIST! Do not order from this company unless you want to have your money STOLEN because that is honestly all they are doing. They want to punish you every month you dont use there crooked company by charging you $40 a month. A complete disgrace! This company should be completely ashamed of themselves.

Not up front advertising and terrible customer service. Return policy is a joke and then they blame their mistakes on you. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to return shoes. Now they sent me a pair of 5.5 instead of refunding my money and claim I requested this even though I wear an 8.5. On top of that they are giving me store credit after I specifically requested a refund to my bank account.

I have been a VIP MEMBER since the beginning. Today I cancelled and will be taking my business elsewhere. Jabber tried for MANY weeks to get my gift card codes with NO hello from any customer service way listed. On top of that they will NOT let you use any credits, including gift cards, for sale items or events! Supposedly a refund is being issued 4-6 weeks, so we will know then. Sad to see what was a good place to shop turn into an absolute disgrace. Be VERY careful in doing business with Just Fab these days.

Thought i was buying a pair of shoes. NEVER SIGNED UP FOR MEMBERSHIP. They have ben chargingmy account for EIGHT MONTHS and i didn't notice till now. WILL FIGHT to the end to have this disputed. THEY SUCK.

Dear Just Fab,
I hope you are reading this, I've just cancelled my order because you haven't even dispatched it a full week after I ordered it and your call centre staff jus kept telling me it was on track for delivery in 7 working days. You use Hermes, there was no way they were getting that to me on time when they don't even have it yet! It would have been delivered to my roof or my bin on Friday when I've gone away, the event for which I ordered the boots.
In that time you've managed to send me 15 emails asking me to buy things as well as emails about this order - why isn't email guy in dispatch? You'd get stuff done quicker!
Your call centre is also in the Philippines so you can presumably pay people pretty much nothing which for such a big company is shocking.

I accidentally got in VIP membership somehow. I didn't even know till I checked my account and realized I got charged $39.95. I called to see if I could get a refund but he told me there is no way to get refund and he didn't even cancel my membership by telling me to use the credit I have now first. They should be able to refund me or at least cancel it now but still be able to use my credit since I already paid for it? This is scam, really messed up. I just want refund. I'm scared if they never cancel my membership and keep charging me. I'm a student I have to save money. I don't have money for this. Don't use them.

I bought a pair of shoes there for a reasonable price but I have to sign up and get a VIP. So I signed up for the VIP and bought them but the order didn't come because the DHL couldn't find my place. Then somehow they charged me 39.95 for absolutely nothing. I tried to contact them many times but ended up with no answer

Placed an order 10/07/19 and paid for Express shipping. At end of placing order, stated I would receive order 10/10/19. On 10/10/19, got an email stating order would be delivered 10/11/19 and then another stating it would be delivered 11/12/19. Checked FedEx tracking on morning of 11/11/19, Order was still in Kentucky at FedEx and I'm in Texas. Call customer service and spoke with agent who tried to justify stating it takes 24 to 72 hours to ship and it still had time to be delivered. I asked for a refund for express shipping, can't. Asked for a supervisor... a lady very difficult to understand stated since I had gotten previous emails, she would refund express shipping as a 1 TIME COURTESY... like she was doing me a favor. I told her to cancel my membership as this was my first and last order. She stated well you won't be able to order at the membership price anymore... LADY Exactly my plans to never use again. Horrible experience... 4 days later and no boots after you pay for 2-3 day express shipping!

This site is really weird! I don't have any intention to buy something this month since I have already bought a boot last month from this site, that is why I 'SKIP THE MONTH' for this month so I won't be credited 39.95 this month. BUT GUESS WHAT? THEY STILL DO. And they credited me on Friday and I have no idea will they be available during weekend. IT IS REALLY SUCK, since I don't budgeting those money for this kind of credit.

So recently placed an order for some boots which upon arrival were appalling and a really poor quality. Then this morning i'e had a notification from my bank to say that Just fab without my permission have taken £35 out of my account to apparently make me a VIP member. Following my call to Customer Service I was told it will take up to 5 days to get my money back... I am appalled and the is misuse of data. Surely that is an offence.

Seems like a good idea at first, until your credit card gets charged the $39, its nearly $55 CAD. Then you have to pay the $10.99 shipping on top! If you pay a month, they give you a credit of the $39 but a lot of their seriously low quality shoes are $45, so you have to pay the additional.
Also, they partnered with shoe dazzle, another low quality brand and you get their shoes without even knowing it until you receive the box at your house. The shoes are way too expensive for the quality, and their winter "boots" have no grip for Canadian weather, in other words, they have no tread and are slippery AF! I almost died walking on my sidewalk! If you manage to find a pair of shoes in your size, they won't last long if you wear them regularly cause of the quality.
Not to mention their cash grab, the fact that you can't cancel online. Not only do I have to call to cancel my own subscription, but they have hours of operation which makes it way harder.

Phone number for customer service just gives a bunch of "offers", cannot get a live person on the phone, chat feature extremely frustrating when I clearly stated their system would not let me apply my 7000 pts & fully charged my credit card
Advised them I needed a phone number where I could speak to someone & was given the same number that I said I could not get a live person
I've been a member for a long time & this is completely unacceptable.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
