I hope you are reading this, I've just cancelled my order because you haven't even dispatched it a full week after I ordered it and your call centre staff jus kept telling me it was on track for delivery in 7 working days. You use Hermes, there was no way they were getting that to me on time when they don't even have it yet! It would have been delivered to my roof or my bin on Friday when I've gone away, the event for which I ordered the boots.
In that time you've managed to send me 15 emails asking me to buy things as well as emails about this order - why isn't email guy in dispatch? You'd get stuff done quicker!
Your call centre is also in the Philippines so you can presumably pay people pretty much nothing which for such a big company is shocking.
