They tried to get 75 follars from me. I it gave a an option bot to use membership. Had put in my information first said my last name was a problem then had to reenter my bank card number and i kept pushing order and it sent me to the same page so i kept pushing to order now i look at my bank account and it said three orders were pending! Something fishy about website all together i had to call and get my card cancelled. Haha they aint getting my moneyyy hahah.

I am never buying anything from JustFab and I will never recommend JustFab to anybody. My package got delivered to the wrong address and was then returned by the post office. However, JustFab did not let me know that my package has been returned till I called a month after and they wouldn't refund my money. $#*! $#*! website

All I wanted was this one pair of boots for a low price of £5. Instead due to the bad way they promote their offers I now have spent over £100 on these hateful boots.
I have tried to cancel my membership and have found this impossible as each time I call I am on hold for so long, then I get disconnected each time I finally get to speak to someone.
You can only cancel the membership on the phone which adds to the cost. The number is not based in the UK where I am and it's a premium number and each time I call it costs a fortune. Its how they make money off you. Make it so impossible to cancel you stay in this membership and they steal money from you.
They should allow those wanting to cancel to do it online like any other company. But they dont.
They are scammers and I say they are not worth it for one lousy pair of boots. Avoid...

I've spent thousands of dollars with just fab but today I'm done. It's technically not "free" returns. You have to pay a restocking fee. And if you want a store credit? Well you can try combine with the sale that's going on right then. VERY misleading. I found another shoe site I will be using instead.

The site has been an irritant to use. I have purchased quite a few things from this company but have returned most of them and have even been less than satisfied with the items I kept. I wanted to redeem some credits so I placed an order just now. My checkout verified that I was using my credits, yet my order history says that my credits weren't used. I am very frustrated yet again with this site.

The last three pairs of boots I caught the VIP Sales from my emails and each pair fit perfect. Within the last year I have saved over $700 on shoes and boots this is my favorite website to shop for my feet!

Site failed to deliver 8 orders over a 6 month span. Refunds take 4 to 8 business weeks. One refund was completed in 24hrs while 2nd refund took 6 weeks--even after all packages had been returned to vendors 45days prior!
Supply Chain Operations issues failed to deliver packages to a valid and simple United Stated Postal Service (USPS) address. These issues only started to occur in 2018 and 2019.
Suggest switching from smart post shipping and company deal with USPS directly or HIRE new shipping department staff! Can not do business with JustFab or Shoedazzle any. More as they have forgotten how to treat loyal ONYX VIP Members. Feel free to contact me!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
