Just Fab has stolen $399.50 from my checking account. What I have discovered is they have gone from old canceled debt cards to current debt card. They have taken the $39.95 out which on shows up as a total of $399.50. It's my fault. I need to prove them for fraud. They will only refund me $39.95 one time. They say they have nothing to apologize for. They said, I ordered a pair of brown boots. I didnt. He hung up on me when I asked to cancel my membership.

So for my second order, I ordered a pair of boots.
First off: The color I received does not look like the color in the picture.
Okay fine, that may be due to the camera and lighting. I'll let it go. A disappointment, but it's fine.
BUT...
I then noticed that the left shoe had a big stain on it. They were just out of the box so no way I did that. I contacted customer service for an exchange, the same pair were sold out. Okay, that's understandable, there nothing that could be done about that. Okay fine so maybe I can find some way to get the stain out or cover it up. SO I ask if I could receive a discount or store credit on this product since I paid for it thinking that IT WOULDN'T come DAMAGED! They told me that it was already a discounted price. Sorry, but I didn't see in the terms in conditions that discount meant the product would be damaged. I wasn't expecting a big discount or anything but you can't just make me pay for a new product and then and then send me one with a stain. I'm sure that if I made a return or exchange they would've just sold it to another unknowing customer for full price. Now accidents happen, products get damaged but not a single store I've entered tried to sell a damaged product for full price, especially when brought up. That's how you keep customers, good customer service when things come up. I'm pretty sure the reviews for the shoes won't show up on their site since the have to "be approved." I absolutely ended my memebership and I suggest everyone do it as soon as possible.

They just steal your money each month for credits that you can shop with only from their store. They claim that they do personalized styling picks for you, but the picks are just all their new products and not personalized. When you cancel your membership you will lose all your credits ( you pay ~40$ per month and earn one credit per month). They attract customers with seemingly generous sales usually for boots, however the products are really low quality. I got a boot from them and the bottom came off after a week. I got a denim and a skirt and when I checked the cuts and patterns, they are just low quality mass produced clothes, but expensive.

I ordered two of the same jackets in the same size. One was noticeable larger than the other for being the same size. When I went through the exchange process, they said the exchange was having issue and to please contact your fashion consultant at the number below but there was no number so I chatted in.
I chatted with an individual named "Pink" and she tried to pawn me off the call the generic number but I asked, because I was already in chat, if she could process my exchange. Eventually she said yes. But, I had to repeat what I wanted done multiple times (In writing), I wanted to exchange my black coat in size small for a black coat in extra small, she came back saying "Well small is sold out"... well yes I know that but I asked for extra small. Then she said well we cant do that but you can have store credit.
Overall my biggest complaint is that their sizing isn't consistent.

At first you think "wow, so cheap!" as you order your first shoes... and then they arrive and you see they are indeed cheaply made. They make it SO hard to close your account, I had to Google to find their livechat then had to wait 20mins just for an "agent" to answer me. Ladies, don't bother, if you want cheap shoes then get them in a sale from a proper company. Also looks like a lot of reviews on here are fake, surprise surprise!

Well I just ordered a pair of boots today for my sister and I didnt get en email or any notification that the order went through. So I have no idea if it did yet I did get an email saying "welcome gift" so that alone seems sketchy that I got an email for that but not my order. I will be canceling my membership and I didnt realize all it entails till after, it charges you monthly even if you dont buy something. I'll be contacting Justfab soon and if they aren't cooperative then I'll get higher authorities involved because I do not want to be charged monthly. Also the fact that they don't have an email for customers is ridiculous.

The prices are misleading. You can only redeem credits on items that are over 39.95. You can't combine several cheap items to achieve this, you have to purchase something right in this mark which doesn't exist pus shifting through prices is confusing because they show the sales price which won't be applied if you are using the credit which makes zero sense considering the credit is money they pulled out of your account. Then if you cancel your membership and have a credit good luck redeeming it. It doesn't seem to apply to anything or it says it does until you proceed with checkout and you are paying full price which is probably already more than the credit and has absurd fees on it. I want to be able to spend my credits without having to spend a fortune to spend what I've already paid for. The sites not user friendly and you have to keep going back and forth from your cart to starting the search from the beginning to see if things apply. Worst service ever. I really just want my credit refunded at this point.

The price is high for the quality if shoes I've received over the years. Some of my shoes have been incredibly comfortable while other I had to eventually throw away because they were uncomfortable of the shoe strap broke.

It was my first purchase so I got a good deal and the shoes looked adorable. The shoes came quickly and are gorgeous, but the design makes them hard to walk in. The curve that goes along the front of your food is very tight and too straight. I can walk semi-normally but walking up or down stairs is another story. I don't care too much because they're so cute but not sure I would buy them again.
Customer service said one thing and did another. Didn't like the quality of my items so I returned them brand new, only tried once. I sent them back and only received a fraction of what I paid.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
