The shoes are ok but not worth 40- 60 bucks. I have a credit that I paid $40 for and all the decent looking shoes will still cost me another $10-15 so what's the point.

Their plan is something you get stuck in. It's a business model for making money so it's quite brilliant. If you don't opt out each month, you get a charge which banks in your account for credits. Each one is 39.99 towards purchases. If things are more expensive, you have to pay cash in addition to using a credit and for sale things, you still have to use a whole credit even if it's only $10. They claim that the $10 is a sale available with no other offers (which includes VIP's very special price of $39.99-[actually, that is not a cheap price], so you pay the regular price of $39.99 + via one of your banked up credits, or you pay cash and get the special price. Sometimes you cannot return clearance. You do get free shipping with VIP membership. I have never had a problem with making a return or exchange in 7 years except they run out of my size often. It's been just as easy as Amazon returns with the exact same requirements BUT, if you want a refund you will pay restocking fees which may include S&H. The way to avoid that is by having them issue you credits. And this is why after 7 years I can't seem to get out but I am in the habit now of "skipping the month" as to no get any further credits. I don't want more credits, I just want the membership for the great sales. That's the way to do it! Some stuff is super cheap but others are good enough and some are surprisingly good. They have a great selection of stuff that I get compliments on all of the time.
ONe time, my stuff was shipped to the wrong address in my account ( to my daughter's house in California) by my own fault. Worse yet, she didn't live there anymore. 3 pairs of boots were delivered and enjoyed by somebody. Just Fab gave me back all 3 credits which they certainly did not need to do. Website is sooo slow! Phone agents are to rehearsed and annoying, trained to say, "yes ma'am I am sorry to hear that this didn't work out for you, blah blah..."
I was kind of annoyed with them and started reading reviews and I realized that most people just don't understand or aren't cut out for this program. I been treated so well and felt I had to share that I haven't had any of the complaints I have read in this forum. You do need to be responsible as with all online accounts, and reconcile your account on occasion. I don't think they are deliberately trying to rip people off (beyond what their business model intends & we agree to).

I ordered a pair of boots for $10 on October 10. My grand total was $16.13. I never received the boots and got in contact with customer service who was very kind and sent out another pair of boots, which I also never got. I had to call them again and they told me they would send me a refund check because they used store credit to give me my second "courtesy" shipment. I've waited probably 3 weeks for this check to come in and it finally did today. I opened it up only to see that they wrote me a check for $5.33. Again, $5.33. Even though I spent $16.13 of my own money, I am not even refunded half of it. What a joke of a company. All they want is your money and have a hidden monthly fee. I will be on the phone with them first thing in the morning to get the rest of my money back. Sad and pathetic. If there was a 0 star option, I would give 0 stars.

They had a great Black Friday deal going on, buy 1 pair for $10, remaining items are 40% off. They try to trick you at checkout to enter a monthly subscription service that you can only call to cancel. That is fine, I will call. THEN when I called, after waiting in a 30 minute que, they also told me that they are going to cancel my order I placed and paid for because I took advantage of the Black Friday sale. Now thats scummy to another level.

Stay away from this $#*!tyy app and website, they are stealing money from people. They took $17 off my original purchase for shipping fee and re stocking fee!? So ridiculous. The original payment was $37.12 now they are giving me back $19!? They say $10 for promotion and the rest for shipping fee.

I wanted to exchange a product that they don't have in stock anymore. I then requested a refund back to my account since they don't have it. The representative then tells me that it will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to receive my refund when it only took seconds to take. I'm extremely dissatisfied so I cancelled my membership. It should not take to get my money back.

When I opened my account, they didn't ask me to join VIP member, but they added me to VIP member automatically. I bought one pair of shoes, they withdrew the money same day. But few weeks later, I happened to check my cart, they had withdrew C$ 54.09. I chat with one of their employee, he said that every month 1st to 5th, they charged automatically C$ 54.09 for VIP members. So, do not buy or even open the account from this site, it is a scam site. They are thieves, why do we have to pay C$ 54.09 every month but we buy nothing. Now, even I want to close this account, but it seem to be not easy, it takes time to delete this account.

I asked to cancel. They suggested i use my credit first to get the VIP price. I did and my membership wasn't cancelled. Maybe i should have called back to check... So I've been charged again this month. I called to ask for a refund. They won't issue it. I asked to cancel. They suggested i use my credit first so i pay the VIP price. They trap you. I should be able to cancel and use the store credit i purchased whie i was a member. But i go to the site to try to use the credit and they are out of my size in everything I really want. The clothes are not good quality and the shirts shrink up in length when washed.

I ordered 4 items XS clothes and received XS on the clothing labels but they were almost a L size and when I tried to return it, they said each item has a $5.98 "restocking fee." So I paid for the items and have to pay more money just to return my items which is not noted on their site! Scam site! Don't waste your money!

Just fab is amazing with prices. I got my kids and I all winter ready, recieved additional discounts for starting a membership. Membership can be cancelled before you're actually charged a membership fee which was hassle free and super easy. I am happy with my items and love the price. (Daughter at school with her boots. So they're sure not in photo. We got matching boots though :)

Their customer service is terrible! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The 1st item is $10 and the second is $26.97. They were too small for my daughter so I completed an "easy" exchange. It stated they would hold the items I was exchanging to for 7 days for my return items to be shipped. LIES! They sold one of the pairs immediately and then emailed me that is was out of stock. After it clearly stated the would hold it. Then when I contacted them about it, they said they will refund me $10. I could not believe it! The deal was $10 for the 1st pair. After they sold my other pair, that means I am only receiving 1 pair and should only be charged $10 for it. They should be refunding me $26.97. I spoke with a manager who said they could not override it even though she admitted it was the warehouse's fault. Mind you, I received the order on Sat 11/9, completed the exchange process online the same day, shipped the shoes back on Tues 11/12 (Mon 11/11 was a holiday), and they emailed me Sat 11/16 that one of the pairs was sold out. I cancelled my membership for JustFab and FabKids and will be returning the exchange item that is on it's way for a full refund. I have never been so disappointed in a company for their lack of customer service, wasting my time and unethical procedures.

Ordered 8 pairs of boots, paid extra for swift delivery, thy eventually arrived. They were all a size too small to usual UK fit, so I wanted to exchange them for a larger size... WRONG! Followed their process and repackaged everything up into the three large boxes they arrived in... waited in all day, courier eventually comes and refuses to take the three boxes, will take one. He scans and takes one. Contact customer services, they arrange collection for the following day, NO SHOW, contact customer services, they arrange collection for the following day, NO SHOW again! Contact them again and now they're not sending anyone to collect them for four days>! So three wasted days of waiting in for a courier to come between 8am and 8pm... Cutomer services have no idea what is going on, blame it all on the courier, VERY POOR CUSTOMER Service and I will never ever deal with this farce of a company again!
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
