Phone number for customer service just gives a bunch of "offers", cannot get a live person on the phone, chat feature extremely frustrating when I clearly stated their system would not let me apply my 7000 pts & fully charged my credit card
Advised them I needed a phone number where I could speak to someone & was given the same number that I said I could not get a live person
I've been a member for a long time & this is completely unacceptable.
End of chat person finally states can do what I originally asked. And ENDS chat!
