I JUST CALLED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND AFTER THE LONG WINDED PLEASE DON'T LEAVE US SPEECH YOU'LL LOSE YOUR VIP CREDIT, THEY DEIGNED TO CANCEL ME. I THEN ASKED FOR A NAME AND REFERENCE NUMBER, I GOT THE NAME AFTER A LITTLE ASSERTIVENESS, BUT WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 8 MINUTES WHILE THE POOR LITTLE LAMB WENT TO GET A MANAGER. TO GIVE ME A GODFORSAKEN REFERENCE NUMBER. APPARENTLY I HAD TO WAIT TWO DAYS FOR A MAGICAL EMAIL CONFIRMING MY REQUESTED IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF MY ACCOUNT. UNACCEPTABLE. JOSH L WAS ABLE TO PROVICE HIS WHOLE NAME BUT NO REFERENCE NUMBER FOR ONE CALL? JUST DON'T BOTHER MORE TROUBLE THAN ITS WORTH.
