To get the great prices you need to be a vip member. Yes, they do charge you every month but that money "credit" goes towards shoes you buy. Heres the catch. If you wanna stay a member but not pay when they want you to just skip every month. You can skip as many times as you want as long as you do it before the 4th of each month. Yes, i forgot to skip every now and then but thats ok, i just save my credits until i need a new pair of shoes. Its simple

I dont think think I will attempt to order from JustFab anymore. Everytime I find a pair of shoes/boots/flats/ or heals that I really really like JustFab NEVER has them in my size or the color I want. They have always been "OUT OF STOCK" I will even go back a week or two even a month or so later, periodically checking if they are back in stock. NEVER. So I quit. If you're going to advritise product, at least keep it in stock. Or take it down.

The sizing of the clothes were off. Examples: I purchased 2 pants in the same size - one fit the other didn't. I bought tops in bigger sizes and the body was roomy (which I loved) but the arm pits were tight (I literally broke a sweat trying to get it off, I got so frustrated to the point I started crying).
My first thought was that the shoes were cute and I couldn't believe these shoes were only $15 each but within the month of wearing them I realized you get what you pay for... majority of the shoes are uncomfortable (like wearing over engineered cardboard but cute to look at) and the 2 pairs that were comfortable, the stubs/grips on the heels came off.

Its an online store but you can't cancel online. That's the most cash-grabby idea. They are literally banking on you to forget to cancel so they can swindle out more money. So frustrating. And the shoes are cheap do even when you do buy some they aren't worth it.

I purchased some pumps and sandals. The pumps are great. Had to send the sandals (mules) back as the size was too small in the toe area. Exchange was really easy.

Im a VIP Member. Got a pair of cute short boots but the ankles were stretched out and there is a prob with the inside right toe. Called to get return label was told I would be charged full amount due to it being a promotion & I wasn't exchanging for another. Then was told I had to track it let them know when they got it so I could the refund!?! Are u serious!?! U dont know when u get it!?

Great Picks for me with exception of one shirt. The maroon one. I am not so in to designs on my clothes but I will wear it. I felt like my stylist really listened to me and understood me.
My hat came in a bag, not a box. It was bent, damaged, & the seem was unglued. Very unsatisfied & not able to wear/use it.

You can call and call and call, but they will either make you wait forever trying to give you a deal to not cancel. I tried canceling about five times now, and just can't do it. They suck!

I received an email stating The item I ordered was out of stock and my money would be credited to my account. After attempting online chat multiple times as well as calling and being on hold forever, it's been over 30 days and I'm still out $40.00. Not pleased

Cute clothes, good fit, fast shipping, decently priced. Most of the clothes fit that I ordered, somewhere were a little big or tight, but shipping was very easy and was able to get credit to get something else. So be sure to read the reviews because it's very helpful in letting you size, proportion and fit.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
