I have been a VIP MEMBER since the beginning. Today I cancelled and will be taking my business elsewhere. Jabber tried for MANY weeks to get my gift card codes with NO hello from any customer service way listed. On top of that they will NOT let you use any credits, including gift cards, for sale items or events! Supposedly a refund is being issued 4-6 weeks, so we will know then. Sad to see what was a good place to shop turn into an absolute disgrace. Be VERY careful in doing business with Just Fab these days.
