I have ordered 6 things and all but 2 shipments have either been late, broken, or not what I thought from pictures. Items are very cheap and over priced. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot, what I do have is garbage. Their shipping email alert system is nonexistent, they put wrong tracking # on one of my orders, I could go on and on but why bother. I won't be ordering anything from them again. Only reason I gave two instead of one star is because I can use two out of the six items.

I've ordered a few times, both times I experienced the slowest shipping and fulfillment!
Slowest supply chain ever, it has prevented me from ordering gifts and other items because I simply do not want t wait for a month and hope it shows.
I placed an order for something on Dec 11, and heard nothing for one month! Love the website, but you can't count on this company if you need an item in a timely manner. My advice is take some $ from your design budget and put it toward a more reliable supply chain!

I recently purchased 2 floor lamps for $98 each. I assembled them and decided that they do not work for my space, so I wanted to return them for credit. I was floored to see that I'd only get back $90! So, now I'm stuck with these lamps, as I cannot afford to waste $100. I'd be VERY wary of buying anything heavy/ somewhat sizeable unless you can afford a huge hit for return shipping. I love the site but will order far less now.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality. Cheap in quality but high in price. Don't bother with them at all. Zero customer service. Nothing can be returned. Its all final sale.
DON T DO IT. Ordered three things and am completely ripped off by them

See my review under One Kings Lane re this review. Joss & Main is the other site that I get emails from clients about. They mark the items up to high retail and then mark down to average retail as their great price. Just because they ask for an email address to be a member doesn't make all their items a good deal!

Ordered an area rug and runner on Friday, May 1 and received them on Tuesday, May 5. We had seen the identical items locally and decided to take a chance and order them from Joss & Main( the price was more than 50% less). The rugs were everything we had hoped for-great quality, beautiful and received in excellent condition. Very impressed with customer service and the entire ordering process. Would certainly recommend this company.

Joss & Main is fantastic. I am so in love with this site. They have such a huge variety of everything you could ever want or need. Shipping is always on time, wrapping is always adequate and then some. On the rare occasion something goes wrong (it was another Co. Shipping)- J&M takes your happiness to the next level and does whatever it is to satisfy your shopping experience with them. No, I am not paid to say this. I have been shopping with them for over a year now and have been 100% happy and that has never happened before.

I always find beautiful items for my home. If you wish for art work, kitchen decor or great bedding, this is the place to shop. Duvets, sheets, drapes or comforters, their selections and prices on everything most often is beyond competitive. Floral and items to dress your home are offered with taste, though some are "out there" for those looking for more "off-beat" items to demonstrate their personality. I seem to be signing in more frequently and today I got so lucky & found an extra sheet set to go with the duvet & sheet set I recently bought. I was also able to get a set of sheets to go with a duvet set that I bought for a friend as I had not been fast enough to get that when they were offered before. This has become my go to place as you can buy lamps and headboards, necessary domestic items and even Mother's Day and baby gifts. While in abundance in their offerings they change frequently, so if you love them grab them before they are gone. Save money and beautify your life.

Really terrible experience with these guys. I ordered lanterns in September, I was assured i would receive them before my brother's wedding in October. 2 days before the delivery date I received an email to say that the delivery has now been moved to December.

When they finally arrived in Dec the item's glass had shattered. Terrible packaging considering the item is made of glass, no bubble wrap - just a cardboard box within a cardboard box. I would recommend you use this website.

The service representative on the phone was really helpful. I was given a full refund and was told to throw away the item.

I wish the items I purchased actually were as nice as they look on their website. Very poor quality/construction and looks just as cheap as it is. Un fortunately, because you only get merchandise credit on returns I have to buy something else to try and get my moneys worth. I don't hold out much hope. Go to Target, Homegoods, etc and you'll be a lot better off.

Could not be better!

I was disappointed in an order I received and these people all but bent over backwards to remedy the situation. Overall I think my only complaint about this site is they do not describe colors accurately and it is hard to trust ones monitor.

Customer service is outstanding.

I would give Zero Stars if I could... I have ordered twice from them. The first time, wall sconces, came but were not the size that is described and were not usable. Second order, also sconces, were published at $101.00 but when I put in the order for them, the price was $138.00. I wrote an email to complain and they brushed me off. Classic bait and switch.
Most of their stuff is available at Wayfair, Overstock and Homegoods stores. I won't use them ever again, as I don't trust what they represent on their site.

They only got one star because there is no way to give zero. Ordered multiple items, of the few that did end up shipping, none arrived in a timely manner (meaning 4-6 weeks after the estimated shipping date). I emailed and called customer service a couple of times and would get the response "the items are now in our warehouse and will ship in 1-2 days"- 2 weeks later still didn't have them. One of the items I ordered was cancelled a week later and I was never notified. Will never order from them again! Joss and Main could learn a lot from One Kings Lane.

I just ordered jewelry for 2 co-workers which was very inexpensive but looked expensive. I love to look at the Joss and Main's web-site for great bargains for my family.
Last week, I ordered a beautiful mirrored jewelry box with white beads on top for my daughter. When it arrived today it was shattered. Only one piece of packing PAPER. Come on.! Understand you all are extremely busy, but I was so disappointed

Joss & Main was referred to me by a friend. What a friend! SCORE... the wonderful sales, and top of the line merchandise they carry is outstanding! Merchandise you won't find in stores. I love to save $$$$'s so this is my store to shop. I check Joss & Main's adds daily as some items go fast! So don't sit around too long and think about getting an item you love and want. Get it now, because you don't want to miss out on a great deal!

I ordered an indoor/outdoor rug from the website, it came within a week of ordering it. Sadly the rug had started to fray a bit on one edge so I called to return or get a replacement. They refunded my money since the product was defected and told me I can keep the rug, donate it or fix it. I am not sure why everyone else had such a bad experience but I thought their service for delivery and customers was top notch. I will be shopping here again.

A very pleasant experience on Joss & Main today. The pages load quickly, there is an adequate description of each item and you are able to find bargains. There is a pretty good selection of beautiful decorative pieces for every room in the home. Also, I love that they tell when to expect delivery of your items and its' really fast. This is a very good site!

I have placed a few orders with Joss & Main recently. This past order was a big one--a 15 light chandelier that cost a pretty penny in shipping. We had some difficulties with the local courier they used: the courier didn't call me within the expected window, nor did they return my call after I called them twice that same day; four hours after the expected delivery window, my neighbor came driving up my 1/4 mile long driveway to tell me that some guys were dropping a box at my mailbox because they didn't want to come up the driveway. This was NOT how the Large Parcel Delivery details said it was supposed to happen! I called Joss & Main the following Monday and they promptly (and quite generously) offered to refund my entire shipping charge for the difficulties. They said they want their customers to be happy--I am! And I'll certainly be back after that wonderful display of customer service!

After I entered all my delivery & payment information, a page popped up with everything correct and a "Confirm" arrow block at the top of the page. I waited for 15 minutes for a "continue" or "place order" link to appear; one never did. I has to go back to the main page, re-log in, and almost missed the window for confirming the order. There has been some sort of error with the on-line purchase process 2 out of the 3 times I've ordered items from you. On the third order, a piece arrived damaged. I've also had one delivery miss the delivery window. If this one does, I'm done with you.
