You get what you pay for with Joss and Main. Google the details like the measurements and comments about the fabric because they often rename their items. I have been mostly happy with my items because I have reasonable expectations regarding quality. I don't expect to get something for nothing. Personally, I wouldn't buy a couch unless I could sit in it first but that's just me. Joss and Main is good with damage claims and they are responsive but you need to be careful about what you buy.

I too have not purchased a sofa, although what I have purchased from Joss & Main I have been very pleased with... ask if not satisfied if they will take it back. It's worth taking the chance...

I'm sorry but I have never purchased a sofa although I have purchased other products and have been pleased. Looks like the other customers who have purchased a sofa seem pleased with their so go for it!

I bought a Abbott Wall mirror. Other sites had the mirror priced $300.00 + way to high for me. This mirror was $133.95 no tax or shipping. Very pleased with my mirror. Quality, size delivery gets a A in my book. The color in picture looks more off white. It is actually darker, a grey with dark silver antiquing. Very pretty. Now looking for pics to go with it.

No one makes complaints enough. But it's a decent sofa for the price. Nicer than expected.

Jamie, I don't have the William Sofa but as far as products from Joss & Main Co. And the furniture I have got from them... I have to say I've been very pleased! If you want to look up the William 74.5 Sofa put it in Google Search & I'm sure you will find information. I have found many a good deals with Joss & Main also their products have all been made very well!

I got a different brand, but the couch I did get, I love. I have had it for about 6 months and do not have any complaints.
