Screwed me again!

You'd think I'd have held true and Not given Joss & Main another chance. After 3 months of waiting Joss & Main finally got their issues corrected and my item shipped. Many months have passed and I decided when they corrected their last issue I'd give them another try in the future. Here it is! Yet another disappointment. This time I spent $168.90 on a Mirror for my living room. I waited and thought it over for 3 days before I finally gave into temptation and made my purchase. 5 Days later I get an email from them not saying the item has been shipped like I was expecting, but saying they are refunding my $ because they oversold the item and don't have enough inventory in stock. Mind you... Yahoo ads when I purchased the Mirror said there was 8 in stock. The sale is Processed by Wayfair and they have plenty in stock and it's listed as a new item. So once again, I've just let Joss & Main morrow money from me interest free is the bottom line.

I have ordered many items from this website and the customer service is #1, without a doubt! I unfortunately received a damaged piece of furniture and the customer service team had another one sent out no if's and's or but's, they handled it in a timely and courteous manner... I continue to enjoy the Daily Sales and all the products they post daily & weekly, you will not be disappointed shopping here!

I enjoyed looking through your Zen section today. My husband loves buddhist art and gardens and I found the perfect little faux Zen garden for his bathroom. I can't wait to show him, he will be so excited. Thanks for making shopping easy.

Ordered several items from here. All poor quality. Knives didn't stay sharp long, paint chipping off of furniture after only a couple of months. Items came broken however they did refund me. I don't think I will be buying anything else from here.

Hamper

This hamper is plastic lined and makes a perfect Re-Cycle bin never leaks on floor and big enough to hold entire week re-cycle for our family... ( and I do cook) so lots of stuff to re-cycle.
I do rinse out containers so never smells. Original one lasted 6 years before starting to look shabby, so replacing it not as easy to locate now.

Would like to know why the sheet set I ordered quoted a price of $21.00 but when I submitted my order I was charged $43.95. Not at all happy about this and will strongly question whether I will place another order with you.

Had a hard time retrieving my password! Called customer service and I was disconnected... really? Spent way too much time trying to order an item that I can only get store credit for if it's not as depicted on line. Not a good way to do business.

How could this happen!

I ordered a coaster set which was clearly pictured on their web site -- a holder and 4 stone coasters. It arrived with the holder only. I called and was told that I'd paid $15 for a made-in-China cheap wooden holder. Outrageous!
Then I opened the other package which was supposed to contain a queen comforter plus pillows. There they were but the comforter was a king.
Both packages go back, but that's definitely my last order from this company!

Terrible Communication

I ordered an accent chair online from them. I live in canada and on the site it stated the price in CAD. However I was charged in USD and then refunded the money for unknown reasons. I only knew about the refund because I checked my account today! So when I called customer service to ask about the refund they could not figure out what had happened? They then went on to charge my card in CAD as they should have the first time but without my permission! Be careful with these guys, I no longer have much faith in online shopping.

Everything looks really nice on the site but deliveries are fragmented. I got two rigs both damaged. They offered a refund which I have yet to receive and one rug was nothing like the photos. They said they would send a return label but nothing yet. I placed about 10 orders and its a big mess, I am cancelling everything with them and my credit card. This will just frustrate you and you will most likely lose money. Also they left a dresser on my porch by a sprinkler which ruined it.

It is an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. If you have any questions you may always speak to a person who will help you. I have spoken with members of their staff and I can say that they are absolutely wonderful. They ship your order in a timely fashion. I have ordered things from them numerous times and will continue to do so. I had only one minor problem and they immediately took care of it. Fantastic shopping experience.

Experience was good but I find the basket out dates too quickly. Also I have some concern about paying basic shipping charges then again international shipping charges which does not make the savings that much of a real deal... Please fix those shipping charges so that as a Canadian I can have the true savings as more realistic I tried to order many times but when getting to check out and find the shipping to be > than $100.00 I back off and end up totally frustrated. The products are lovely and well described BUT what a price to pay for delivery.

I was happy to find the canisters, but very surprised that they cannot be returned if I'm not satisfied. Why? Everything else I've purchased has had that option. I just finished raving about J&M to my friends, telling them that items were returnable when I see this on my receipt. I'm disappointed. However, I love J&M products. I apparently need to be more careful in ordering.

Terrible

I ordered a bed three months ago and continually received emails about it being shipped a few weeks later THREE times. My husband said to cancel it the last time but the next day I received an email saying it would be shipped soon.

When it was finally shipped the service was terrible. Let me say that I spent a ridiculous price for shipping. The men who brought my packages to my door let the boxes drop TWICE.

All around a terrible experience from this site. Save your money and purchase from an actual store.

I always find something unique, inspiring and refreshing on Joss and Main. I moved into my new home 2 weeks ago and have ordered just about anything new I need for my refreshed look from there. Always great service, great suppliers, easy to use. The one down side - the inventory doesn't last forever, so if you see something you love, buy it fast!

So, their products look great - and if you don't shop around online, the prices look good too. First - google anything on their site and you're likely to find it cheaper elsewhere. Second - even if the price is lowest, they may tack on a hefty shipping fee (Over $100 for a $200 item) Third - if you try to communicate with their customer service (at least if you have a problem or complaint) - you'll never hear back from them and finally - when you try to retrieve your order and click on the product you purchased, it takes you to a page of similar items - and good luck finding what you ordered. I buy a TON of products online... and this is one of the worst managed and non-functional websites out there. STAY AWAY. There's a lot better out there if you're looking for good quality at a decent price online! (and BTW, I never write reviews - that's how bad I think this site is!)

I was disgusted with the level of (or lack thereof) customer service this company provides! They take NO responsibility for their shipments being delivered to the wrong address. In fact, they put it back on the consumer to go "find" their package. And if you're lucky enough to receive a shipment, don't plan on it arriving any time soon. The orders take forever to be processed and delivered. I will never do business with Joss & Main or any of their sister companies again! And I will make sure to spread the word!

I find that Joss & Main has quality products at very good discounts. I have made 3 purchases: from bed sheets to a coffee table and each item was exactly as pictured and described and arrived in excellent condition. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone that is looking for good quality products at discounted prices!

This is a great shopping site, love the "LOOK"! ( the way items are displayed)... so happy to see HGTV using it for the Beach House Make overs... as it shows how the four contestants, with different points of view, can use this one site to show their individual styles... brilliant!

I have dealt with their partner company, Wayfair and they are such a good company, I assumed Joss and Main was the same. So incredibly wrong! I ordered $840.00 worth of goods (two carpets and two comforters). The $840.00 US turned up as $4707. 18 Canadian on my Visa.

Staff very good, said it was their mistake. Today I received a credit on my Visa of $2050.

That brings my order of $840.00 US to $2700 Canadian. With exchange factored in, the items cost $1140 Canadian. That leaves charges of 1600 dollars for shipping and tax. This amount did not show on my order or I would never have purchased the items.
