Do not buy any product from Jason & Main. I placed an order on September 24, today it is October 17 and have not receive complete product. Jason & Main ship one piece at a time. When I contact case manager, they are not responsive. Still waiting for missing parts to be delivered. I have horrible experience from this. I give 1,0000 thumbs down for this web site.
As another reviewer stated, their customer service is horrible! I recently ordered an item; they sent me a shipping confirmation stating the item would ship on Oct. 4. Unsurprisingly, I never received an updated email stating that the item actually shipped. I contacted them asking for a shipping credit for the misinformation and their response was "It won't ship until 10/14." No apology at all, they simply said that the email was only an "estimate" and the dates could change. I asked them to cancel my order three times until they did it. Stay far, far away!
I received a conformation email stating that my $400 purchase was shipped, but the chairs were out of stock. A whole week after I ordered them. There was no way that I was spending more money to get chairs that looked nothing like I ordered. She didn't offer a promo code or coupon for their mistake. Will not order from them again. The email states that the $268 will be back in my account within 3-5 days. I sure do hope so.
My experiences thus far with Joss and Main have been nothing more than wonderful, amazing selection great prices. And, the best part is that the items are not the cookie cutter junk one would find in a discount store, i. E. mid range bulls eye type of stores with a phony designer "event" that sells out in one day. These are the real deal, and one doesn't have to scramble to get the cheap lower end designer "one of's". So, shop Joss and Main ad get the real stuff and a bargain to boot, what is not to love!
I have had no issues with Joss & Main. I did receive a defective product which was in a manufacturers sealed box but it was replaced immediately and I did not have to return the defective item. Even though they tend to rename their products I still manage to find them on the internet and look up reviews. Sometimes I find better prices elsewhere but the deals I have gotten were significant. Delivery people have been super polite and on time. Customer service also polite and respond quickly. So far so good...
All of the items that I've ordered from here, ranging from picture frames to furniture have always been worth the money, has been delivered in a timely fashion and when I had a problem their customer service took care of it immediately.
The Earthenware dish set was pictured as a deep coral; however, what I received was the lightest pink possible. Of course, final sale and no returns despite multiple requests to customer service. I truly feel they intentionally distorted the color to get rid of these sets.
Was disappointed to read of people having problems returning and receiving items not as ordered I have purchased several times on the website and have been satisfied each time (items both big and small) with my purchases. Would highly recommend this website
Ordered a really inexpensive accessory, so I don't care about the money, but it bugs me that this site gives almost NO product information - you barely get dimensions/materials on furniture. They called my accessory a charging pad for a phone, which would have you believe it charges, not that it's a plastic decorative tray to lay your phone in while you plug it into a charger. Return policy i. E. store credit only is HORRIBLE and a sure way to find your merchandise on eBay. I hate brick and mortar stores with this policy and am hating on Joss & Main too - they are purposeful when they don't give complete product information, and they do it to get people to buy quickly because it will go away in a week or two.
Bought a sectional and they delivered one of three pieces, that was almost 2 weeks ago. While I have spoken to people there, NO one has followed through. Oh, should I mention I have been billed? Customer service, they get a big fat ZERO! Shop elsewhere
I ordered an ivory spread and shams, it arrived a dirty yellow color, original order cost $61.90, must pay for return shipping and return amount will be $44.09! A LOSS of $17.00 for nothing! Definitely will never use again. Also, tried to locate customer complaint tel. No. And it is not published! What kind of company is this... never again... just hope to receive my refund, such as it is.
I ordered 3 items for my daughters room - we are redoing her bedroom as a birthday present. I received an email a few minutes ago telling me that all 3 items had been discontinued. I ordered on Monday! What in the world? This is a poor way of doing business. I would rather pay a bit more and actually receive my items.
Still waiting on my item almost a month after it was supposed to be delivered.
The customer service people didn't really care to even send me overnight, and they could have.
Now it's been 2 more weeks and still nothing.

Fantastic product line and good prices on the front end... BUT just got stabbed when checking out with a $175.00 shipping charge and that is WAY too high as I ship items across the country. AND for this high cost of shipping, all I received was about 2 weeks on the delivery. That's not good business
We had a problem with a clock we purchased and in calling regarding return procedures and policies, their customer service could not have been better. They absolutely stand behind their products and turned this into a positive experience. Given the quality of care they exercise, we are now encouraged to do business with them moving forward.
Don't ever order a large parcel item from Joss & Main or Wayfair. In order to cut down on shipping costs your item will sit at the consolidation center for weeks or months before it is finally shipped to you. Whatever date they give you for the expected delivery date on these large items is also bogus. They do whatever it takes to cut costs on shipping big items and your delivery date isn't even a small factor. This is not an acceptable operating model, but when you call or email nobody understands why being a month late isn't okay. They're not transparent at all about the delivery expectations when you place the order, so there's no reason to purchase a large from them unless you want to risk waiting 2 months or more.
The deals are amazing and the quality of their merchandise is outstanding. You can purchase almost anything for your home--indoors and outdoors. Their customer service is top notch with the nicest representatives you would ever want to talk to. They are so patient and understanding. You don't have to "jump through hoops" to get a problem solved. Everything that I have ordered ships fast, even rugs. This is my go to place!
We ordered a coffee table and received one that appeared to have been dropped down a flight of stairs. After being told to throw it away or donate it by the company, we were sent a new one... the new one was completely destroyed! The top was broken off and the doors were missing, parts were flying around the box randomly. This is not a shipping problem either as the box looked virtually untouched so I don't blame fedex. Awful, awful, awful. Will never order from this company again!
I absolutely love Joss & Main... I have ordered several things from this site and i have always been completely satisfied... It is my favorite site to shop hands down!... however, the shipping charges are ludicrous! Yes i know, i have been in retail for 20+ years, because we (the consumers) get a discount on the product and the product ships from other warehouses you can't control the charges. Bla, bla, bla! You need to figure it out... a loyalty program or free shipping on weds... because i can honestly say... i have not ordered 3 products recently because the shipping has been crazy! I paid $10 shipping today for a $14 item. I broke down because I know it's unique, but it still bothered me tremendously... Why can't you have a general shipping charge for the quantity of items... excluding oversized? Something needs to change!

Joss and Main isn't only chic stuff but very practical stuff like clipboards which will look very up to date hanging around in my apartment. These clipboards will help this senior citizen keep track of must dos!
Answer: Everything that I have ordered so far has been excellent. One time, the item just didn't quite look great in my bedroom. I returned it no questions asked for a full credit. Nether even paid the postage. I could have returned it for a full refund but I would had to pay the postage. In any event, very flexible on returns, which, as I say, has only happened once.

Answer: Hello - I always wash any fabric product before using - but I use my "gentle" cycle and only cold water without any soap. This always works for me and keeps the fabric in good shape without any chemical products still there.

Answer: You get what you pay for with Joss and Main. Google the details like the measurements and comments about the fabric because they often rename their items. I have been mostly happy with my items because I have reasonable expectations regarding quality. I don't expect to get something for nothing. Personally, I wouldn't buy a couch unless I could sit in it first but that's just me. Joss and Main is good with damage claims and they are responsive but you need to be careful about what you buy.
