I've ordered several items from Joss & Main over the past month and all but one are going back due to extremely low quality. They do a terrific job of making things look good in photos, but what you actually get is no where near the value in which you pay. The quality is the cheapest of the cheap. Of the four furniture items recently purchased, one didn't even survive shipping to the house.

Outstanding products

Easy website to use and great products available. Placed an order before Christmas, although it was delayed a little, information was sent accordingly and arrived a few days later. Excellent customer relations!

Horrible!
February 22, 2015

I have been a Joss & Main customer for a few years now. I recently ordered indoor/outdoor sectional. I received an email stating that I would be contacted within 24 hours of delivery. Well I wasn't. $125.00 delivery charge for the furniture to be dropped on my walkway blocking the entrance to my house. It arrived after 4pm on a Friday and I had headed out of town a little earlier for a few days. My neighbor let me know of the delivery. So there it sits. I was told it was the "first dry spot". Well it is out in the open, where the rain expected tomorrow will roll right off the roof onto it. I contacted customer service and they would charge me to return it, can't even imagine how much that would be. Dissatisfied is a mild description. Save yourself some heartache and stick with other vendors.

Buyer Beware
July 23, 2020

We purchased a bed in June and received it July 3. On July 23 my account was charged by Joss and Main 2 times. When I called them I was told that for some reason they voided the first amount they took from my account and were NOW 1 month later going to take 2 transactions out! Worst experience I have ever had in my life! All they would do is give me 10% back, ridiculous!

Great construction and design, easy to assemble by adding legs with included nuts although the small wrench included was too small, I had to use pliers. It's much smaller than I expected, make sure you check dimensions of what you're buying! I can still use it, it shipped quickly, delivered by FedEx.

Joss and Main is one of my 2 favorite decorating sites. The quality and prices of items are superior to other sites. You can count on the product being just as pictured and the quality of items are never compromised discounted prices. It is a go-to site for all decorating needs, big or small, inside or outside.

I have never been disappointed! I always look forward to seeing what items they have listed under their Daily Sales.

The items they sell are high end, quality, name brand. There is nothing shabby about this site.

Awesome site to scout out

Awesome site to scout out. Found some wonderful items I will come back and get next week if they still have them. Only problem was the site kept crashing on me and I could not control shopping very well. Love the items I purchased, though!

I just placed my order so can't rate on service, returns or quality until I receive the merchandise. I love the items they carry but I think the website is hard to navigate and don't see a "search" feature to look for something in particular.

The experience of working with Joss and Main decorating your home is unique, you encounter a variety of products from which you may select what you are looking for and put it together or you may choose from pictures provided to you and follow as a sample the official decorators of this web. I always enjoy adding new items into my walls, or changing an old sofa, or revamping a room.

Although I love the fact that they pull together related items so it makes it easier to decorator. I think the faux deadlines where they clear out your cart are ridiculous. I ordered an array of items and thus far am not impressed with the quality nor am I impressed that it took over two weeks for some items to arrive - very poorly packaged. I doubt I will waste much time purchasing from them. I will search for items on their site and buy them elsewhere.

At first I as skeptical about this site... they advertised a coupon to receive 10% plus free shipping. It gave me the 10% off, but not the free shipping. But their customer service was SO easy to work with and accommodating! My dresser was damaged in shipping. I had them return it and send a new one, which was also damaged. But they immediately gave me several options to resolve this and let me choose what I was happiest with. I ended up getting the piece at a great discount without having to do battle. The only thing they need to change is their shipping company.

Side Tables
April 30, 2015

Ordered some lovely side tables, Didn't turn up on the day they advised. Left it for a few days and then emailed them. Had not bothered to tell me that they had cancelled my order as they could no longer get them from the supplier. Was quick enough to take my order! Now I can't get my money back for 12 days! I was a brand new customer, this company is a joke!

I ordered some furniture for my sister's new house as a house warming gift. J&S cancelled it twice stating the address on my card was not the delivery address. (Of course not. I was sending a gift to my sister.). Customer service didn't respond to my emails. Finally called and got the order placed. One item arrived damaged and still can't get J&S to coordinate the return (they keep sending UPS label for the return with an incorrect return address.

Wayfair, I believe, owns this company. Way fair CEO - wake up and fix your damn problems. Awful company.

I absolutely LOVE shopping through Joss & Main. Their selections are always high quality and vary so much through the various "showcases". It help with time so much seeing pieces already categorized. Makes searching more fun and not frustrating.
Very friendly staff and always helpful.

Shopping on Joss and Main is so easy. The lay out of the pages is well done. Descriptions of merchandise are generally perfectly detailed. I can easily go in and out of product descriptions without having to go back to the beginning as what happens with some sites. The site format or functionality changes occasionally but it is always a great update. One of the few "marketing" e-mails that I receive that I actuality look on a regular basis.

The site says free shipping for certain items and any purchases over $49. My boyfriend and I ordered a bed fame that clearly said free shipping all into the very second we committed to buying it. Once it came in, we saw that the bill was a lot higher! We contacted customer service and they claim that it was not eligible for free shipping even though our receipt clearly stated $0.00 for shipping. Instead, we were charged $125 on top of the price of the bed frame! Don't trust this company.

Tonight, we ordered two table lamps for our bedroom.
Look fairly simple to complete the order so I went about making it happen.
First CC I put in seemed to be fine until I went to the final screen. There I got message saying that the card did not process and I would need to check the number or use another card for payment.

I put in second card and everything processed speedily, accurately and completely. Now can't wait to get the new lamps for master bedroom.

I work at Nordstrom so was thinking that there was an employee discount of 20% on my purchase, however, I could not decide how to put in the discount.

After reading this, one will understand the 1 star rating... I just placed an order thinking I would have a place to change my information. There was not such a place. My credit card information has changed since my last order. I am afraid I will not get what I ordered because of this. I sent a private email hoping to get a response before the deadline. Can you please make a page for those like me who have had to change their information because of cards being compromised? It surely would be helpful. Thanks You

Delivery!

My only complaint, person I spoke to at J & M said I could delay delivery through FedEx and have it delivered on date requested. FedEx would not change delivery label and made me pick up chair at one of their stores. J & M should know this and tell the customer. Required getting a pickup and a person to drive it. As 79 year old woman, impossible to do it myself!

My sister recommended this site to me, and she sure didn't steer me wrong! Good selection and even better prices. I only wish they had MORE. I am disappointed to see "sold out" on an item before I had a chance to buy it. Well, I guess that means I need to shop earlier in the future.
