DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I should have done a review before purchasing.
Took a pair of earrings out of the box and they bent as I took them out. For $60 they shouldn't bend at all! I didn't open the box in time and now all they will do is exchange the pair but I have to pay shipping. So what was $60 for crap earring sis now $80. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
I ordered an indoor/outdoor rug from the website, it came within a week of ordering it. Sadly the rug had started to fray a bit on one edge so I called to return or get a replacement. They refunded my money since the product was defected and told me I can keep the rug, donate it or fix it. I am not sure why everyone else had such a bad experience but I thought their service for delivery and customers was top notch. I will be shopping here again.

We apologize that you were not satisfied with the earrings that you received. Our refund policy extends to 30 days after the earrings have been purchased. Concerning bending earrings, gold is a soft metal and although we harden and solder our gold earrings to high professional standards, they can bend when a large amount of force is applied to them.
