I was just looking at Joss & Main's website at some dining tables. We're not quite ready to buy yet just getting some ideas. I found one I liked and though it said "Free Shipping!" at the top of the page, next to the item it said "Additional Shipping Charges Apply." I wanted to find out what those would be so I added them to my cart. Nothing. It won't even give you a total until after they get all of your information AND your credit card. Seems a bit scammy to me!
I love shopping with Joss & Main! The variety of items is awesome! The uniqueness of the pieces I have ordered is exactly what I was looking for. The prices are very reasonable and the shipping is fast! No problems even when I ordered a driftwood mirror for our beach house. The mirror was shipped quickly & was in perfect shape when it arrived! Thank you, Joss & Main! I just placed an order a few minutes ago!

Is out of line. My order was 4. Dollars and some change. Its just not right. They charged me before I could cancel it.

Poorly designed web site, cheap quality items, slow delivery, poor customer service, terrible return policy! Don't be fooled by the glitzy photos of items! I feel like a fool for having fallen for their fakery. Don't buy from this site!
I have had a very impressive experience with Joss and Main's customer service department on more than one occasion. Each representative I've spoken with has been extremely pleasant and willing to help resolve the issue.
My returns/exchanges have been free of charge and I'm so pleased with how prompt the delivery has been. The rugs and barstools that we purchased for our new home are a perfect fit. I will undoubtedly continue shopping here.

I ordered a bed in jan it said it would arrive in about 30 days. Ok now I get a call from the delivery service that says 2 more weeks. Really 6 weeks. I tried to cancel my order 2 days after ordering they said I could not do that because it has already shipped then 2 weeks later they said they shipped my item. Umm what? After tons of emails which has gotten me no where, I'm sending the item back in sure I will be getting screwed over this too. By at this point I will not keep the item because the service is so bad. If the item ever gets to me. Don't waste your time or money with this company
I purchased a 60" ceiling fan on Monday. Tues received a canceled order email. Due to "pricing error". Looking at other reviews seeing the same issue. WTH is this company doing? I'm extremely upset to be treated this way, as in the past we have had good transactions with this company. What can be done to stop this deceptive practice. Very upset!
I love this site and I wish I could give it at least 4 stars. Great merchandise and good prices but there are two strikes against it and that is why I only gave it 3 stars. The first strike - no search button. The second strike - most items can be returned for merchandise credit only. HUGE negative! When you are already paying extra to have big things shipped to your house and if you don't like it or it doesn't fit, you end up paying twice for shipping and as a "bonus" you don't get your money back? - NO BUENO.
I found a really cool headboard to finish my guestroom 'makeover' at a great price. I enjoyed checking out the Joss & Main shop by style. The different looks sparked new ideas for my room makeover.

Be warned. Joss & Main, WayFair (or WayCrooks) is the Ross of the internet but worse. These companies are the same, and they buy from cheap suppliers who do something really tricky. These suppliers create dozens of brands for their same product and then try to sell them at different rates. See attached pictures. Be warned: buy from another vendor or risk overpaying for products. Just remember, if you see the same picture but different prices and brand names on different websites you are experiencing what we in the industry call a scam.
I placed an order before checking the reviews! Shame on me. I placed an order in mid-February and it was supposed to arrive today. I went in to my account to check the status... and it simply still say's "Processing". I've sent them an email. It'll be interesting to see what the response is and based on the information I am reading here, likely not favorable. If and when I do receive my order, I am not optimistic about it's condition. If it does work out, I'll certainly add to this, until then...
Unfortunately what you see on the screen looks better than what you get in real life. For some reason, in the three orders, something has been broken. I don't know who is handling the shipping end, but it has been a problem. I'm trying them one more time, and if I have the same issue, I won't buy from them anymore.

I paid an extra $9.99 for free shipping for 30 days. I then find out I'm charged an extra $150.00 for shipping one item! I cancelled it! Be careful of scams on this site. I also waited two months for a bed that was to be here in ten days. The company never offered me anything for the inconvenience, I had overnight guests coming. It was the couch for them!

I have placed many orders from Joss and Main and will be placing many orders in years to come. The style of items they have is usually exactly my taste and to be able to get higher end items at super reasonable prices is basically my favorite. I like ordering from there because I have never seen something that I have bought in someone I know's home. The quality is always super great as well. I tell everyone about Joss and Main it's seriously the best!
I attempted to place an order on a featured item. Went through the process and went to check out and was told my cart was empty! I went through all steps several times without any luck. Oh well, this is the last day to order. So much for the cute little rug! What a waste of time!
Answer: Everything that I have ordered so far has been excellent. One time, the item just didn't quite look great in my bedroom. I returned it no questions asked for a full credit. Nether even paid the postage. I could have returned it for a full refund but I would had to pay the postage. In any event, very flexible on returns, which, as I say, has only happened once.

Answer: Hello - I always wash any fabric product before using - but I use my "gentle" cycle and only cold water without any soap. This always works for me and keeps the fabric in good shape without any chemical products still there.
Answer: I would copy and paste the name and model number of this particular sofa in a search engine and a shop bot like Nextag or Bizrate. This may find some reviews on other sites and sometimes even a better price or return option.

Answer: You get what you pay for with Joss and Main. Google the details like the measurements and comments about the fabric because they often rename their items. I have been mostly happy with my items because I have reasonable expectations regarding quality. I don't expect to get something for nothing. Personally, I wouldn't buy a couch unless I could sit in it first but that's just me. Joss and Main is good with damage claims and they are responsive but you need to be careful about what you buy.
