Great looking products, this is my first time ordering so I will have to wait to see the quality of the product. Got stung on shipping to Canada, got their deal of $9.95 shipping but also got charged with an International shipping charge(ouch). This was a small item to be shipped, will probably only order small items.
Excellent choice of merchandise. Quality is good, sometimes exceeds the price. Ive not returned anything, so assume that is also efficient. Very diverse styling and designs available. Great to see Modern and Contemporary merchandise available at reasonable costs. Would only ask for more. Would also like to see more dog/cat/other pet merchandise.
Couldn't locate the duvet cover set that attracted me in the first place. Also some bugs in the website. For instance, when I click "submit your review" nothing happens so you may or may not get this review.
Purchased Ceiling Fan, Head, Footboard and Dresser.
Ceiling Fan cannot be operated. The receiver for the remote does not fit in the base of the fan.
Tried everything it is a non-operative design. The dresser drawers have been installed on metal slides
That require pulling them hard enough that the dresser falls on you.
The worst thing is that customer service could care less and is non-functional.
They have the shipping receipt that proves it was delivered and your credit card company has nothing else to go by since they no you can't ship it back.
Rediculous!
I wish I knew the CS's name who helped me, but he was so helpful! We ordered 2 nightstand cabinets and 1 came pretty damaged (which can happen via ups and shipment). I called in the evening the day they were delivered, no long wait time, and they ordered me a replacement right away! They definitely stand behind their items.
You can -not beat these prices for such quality. I am so impressed with the large number of choices you have to choose from. I just ordered a set of sheets and a comforter set in the king size and you can't even shop well known stores to get the quality and for the price that I paid for my order! I will place another order in the near future. Thank you Joss & Main!
I love the items they carry and was excited to order. Unfortunately, the experience falls short compared to other online retailers. Only one item from my order shipped out - 3 weeks from my order date. The remaining items ended up being backordered with an estimated delivery date over 5 months away. I received no notification of this and only found out when the original delivery estimate passed with no shipment and I signed into my account to see what was going on. When I complained to customer service they simply cancelled the order without any apologies. There are too many similar sites with better customer service for me to ever shop here again or recommend to anyone.
Joss & Main is so easy a site to view, pin, and purchase! Love it! Only wish they'd give more time in the cart - but understand why not. Love Joss & Main and their products. Have purchased alot for our new home and its all fabulous!
I have been so very happy with everything I have ordered from Joss & Main. Everything is packed so well, never a chance of anything being damaged and it comes always when they say it will. They have such a variety of things your can purchase, and I like the ability to be able to shop on line and know the product I ordered will be ever more than I expected.
As an Interior Decorator, who no longer has a storefront, due to the demise of small businesses around NH, it's a joy to jump on here and find something a client can "drool" over, without having to place larger orders to make a minimum.
It's actually relaxing to shop here, and my feet don't get sore, like at the Markets!

So easy to order from Joss and Main. I didn't have to go thru 5+ pages to complete my order. Also, my confirmation was sent in an email just a few minutes after I submitted the order. I am always shopping their sales.
I have waited over 9 weeks for a picture to be delivered. They took no responsibility but said they will chase it up. I have now asked for a refund. As a why of apologies they offer to sell me the same picture at the reduced price I payed for. Shocking. Will never use them again. And I have told my friends and family to not bother with them
I ordered a bed because I was moving to a new apartment. They shipped it incomplete, after calling several times they told me they could not express ship it. Had to pay three more nights at a hotel, did not receive any kind of compensation. AWFUL
I have ordered my dining room table, two couches and 4 chairs from Joss and Main. I have had wonderful service and great quality products. I was a little concern even though the reviews were good on my first order of the couches. I could not be happier and I have ordered swatches for a sectional that I plan to order after reading reviews and checking out all companies.
Have ordered from Joss & Main several times and have never been disappointed in the quality. Friends notice and comment on lovely things in my home and I tell them I got a great deal on that from Joss & Main. I even offer to let them know when I see that item again or something like it they might like. I enjoy seeing the designs they put together and the whole experience.
I placed an order at Joss & Main, requesting a delivery date for the end of February, which I was told was NO PROBLEM. I never received an email or even a phone call that the furniture was being delivered this past Saturday. By dumb luck, someone was at the house to take delivery, otherwise, they would have just left it in my driveway - $2000 worth of bedroom furniture! Spoke with Audrey at J&M Customer Service and was told that I was basically lucky they even held the furniture past 5 days for me and that they did send me a delivery email, which I never received. Apparently, this is all my fault. They charged an outrageous delivery fee of $185, did not bother to contact me, even by phone! To tell me the furniture was arriving. Buyer beware, they will just leave your stuff and not bother contact you. I will never buy from Joss & Main again.
I ordered a vase and was charged early February due to arrive on or before 11 March. On 23 March I contacted J&M for an update and was told they would check and get back to me in 2 days but I never heard back from them. I've now written to cancel the order and ask for a full refund - wonder how long that will take. In the meantime they have had my money for 7 weeks. SO glad it was only a vase and not a big item like furniture. I won't be using them again. UPDATE They will only let me cancel the order if it hasn't yet been despatched (more than 2 weeks after date it was promised to arrive) and if I return it then they insist I pay the return cost.
I would think you would see a charge like that when you complete you order, as I did regarding the extra shipping charge, when I completed my transaction, but to be sure you might want to call Joss & Main. I will say that they have always been very helpful if ever there is a problem.
I ran across Joss and Main by luck while looking for a lampshade! I loved the way the merchandise looked and placed my first small order. Since then I have ordered a complete bedroom set for myself and I cannot tell you how very thtilled I am. First I was given my very own shoppers assistant.
Then when the set came in it was packaged beautifully and the shipping company went beyond the call of duty by placing the items inside my house! I am somewhat handicapped and this really helped me.
It has taken a bit for me to get it all arranged and everything from the room accents to the finished work looks as though it came straight from High Point, N. C.
The prices are fabulous and if you can stand the wait you may find everything you want on sale, but be quick there are a lot of shoppers on this site.

Answer: Everything that I have ordered so far has been excellent. One time, the item just didn't quite look great in my bedroom. I returned it no questions asked for a full credit. Nether even paid the postage. I could have returned it for a full refund but I would had to pay the postage. In any event, very flexible on returns, which, as I say, has only happened once.
Answer: I don't know if they accept Pay Pal but their merchandise is over priced. I will not be ordering with them again because of lousy customer service!

Answer: Hello - I always wash any fabric product before using - but I use my "gentle" cycle and only cold water without any soap. This always works for me and keeps the fabric in good shape without any chemical products still there.
Answer: I would copy and paste the name and model number of this particular sofa in a search engine and a shop bot like Nextag or Bizrate. This may find some reviews on other sites and sometimes even a better price or return option.

Answer: You get what you pay for with Joss and Main. Google the details like the measurements and comments about the fabric because they often rename their items. I have been mostly happy with my items because I have reasonable expectations regarding quality. I don't expect to get something for nothing. Personally, I wouldn't buy a couch unless I could sit in it first but that's just me. Joss and Main is good with damage claims and they are responsive but you need to be careful about what you buy.
