I ordered some curtains, they stated they were having big sale, original price 49.99 and sale price9.95. Sounds like good deal because the curtain priced as 49.99 usually has great quality. I ordered 4 panelS.Not only they did not block the sunlight well as they stated "blackout", the panel was poorly sewed and edges of the curtains were different length! I felt I was tricked by the original price! Who would pay 49.99 for such a poor quality curtain? It also took long time for the order arrived my house even I paid shipping fee. (I ordered something same day from overstock.com free shipping, arrived way faster). I will never order from this website again!

I ordered 2 out door rugs in early March of this year. It is now mid April and i currently have 1 correct rug and 2 rugs in different shipped locations that are incorrect. Joss took my $$$, but have not delivered the rug. I have been told over 8 times and they will collect the rug (but they have not) then i will get the rug. They screwed up- and i am paying for their mistake... worst customer service i have ever encountered. They are like drones that cannot help... avoid at all costs this company

I had to call via phone and change our shipping address since we had recently moved out of state, and could not get the website to work. My Customer Service Rep was Devin and not only was she delightful to talk with, she also was very knowledgeable about lots of questions I had. She is an asset to your company and should be commended for being someone who can help with difficult issues, but also convey warmth and caring about customer needs!

I have ordered several items through Joss and Main. There items are priced amazingly, their delivery is exceptional and the customer service is outstanding.
I would recommend this site to anyone shopping for furniture and decor.

It was extremely difficult to get to a shopping department, They show you all this very very overpriced everything I did not want i. E. couches and more I just wanted to look at some drapes and possibly buy some bedding. There site stinks compared to Macy's, Nordstroms even Bed bath and Beyond. This is precisely why they charge more, their site is a joke. They don't know about setting up an easy shopping site. What the heck, this is why they advertise so much-they stink.

Although I haven't received my order (I just clicked to buy!) I can say this: I know I will be very happy with my purchase. I have purchased from Joss and Main before. The products are of excellent quality, distinctive-one of a kind. I love just browsing the site-but I love it more when I can buy a piece especially one I missed out on the first time I saw it! It's great to be able to find pieces like these right from your home. Time saved is money saved. Much appreciation to Joss and Main! See you again soon!

I have been looking for a wall clock to place in my great room. It seems that large clocks are what everyone wants now. I wanted a normal size clock to fit into my French country decor. When I found this 14" clock, it was perfect but I waited too long to purchase and it sold out. I was so disappointed because I have been looking for a long time for just the right clock. I checked several days later and the clock was back in stock. I did not delay and immediately placed my order. I look forward to receiving my clock in a few weeks. I cannot wait as I have the perfect spot for it. Thank you for offering this item again!

The website was cumbersome. My home page had no search box. My sister's home page had a search box, but after she put items in the bag, there was nowhere to sign up as a member so she could buy them. When she went back to her home page, her search box had disappeared. As far as I can tell, they don't actually want to sell anything. They were quick to respond by email when I emailed them, but mostly I can't remember when I have been on such an un-user-friendly website.

A horrible experience! Bought a black canvas bag with tan handles and when it arrived, the bottom had a yellowish color plastic basket weave pattern. It looked ridiculous and was obviously a defect, as the picture didn't show this and why would anyone but a causal canvas bag with a different color and texture on the bottom? When I called customer service, the response was, sorry, it is not a defect. The site lures you in with deceptively cheaper prices, but the quality of much of their products is less than desirable and you have no recourse. You are stuck with the purchase. I would not take another chance!

I am remodeling our bathroom and had already picked out the faucets. I was going to order them from another plumbing web site. I found them here on Joss and Main for less. I have ordered many items, ranging from art work to furniture, and have never been disappointed. If there was an issue with anything I had purchased, it was addressed and resolved quickly. Their customer service is fantastic. I shop with confidence on this site.

The only reason I chose this company was because they advertised free 2 day shipping on the item I was interested in. Not only was the item not shipped on the expected delivery date, after further investigation, it hasn't even been processed for shipping yet! The 'expected' shipping or delivery date provided by this company can not and should not be trusted. They clearly use deceptive sales tactics to get more business, and can not meet their promises. This is my first and last experience with Joss & Main!

Joss & Main never disappoints me! Whether you are just perusing their beautiful merchandise, or buying some lovely items for home décor, you will not be disappointed! Their variety is never dull, and the only reason that I don't get on their site is to take a little respite from shopping, because it's rare that I visit their site and not make a purchase. I have only had to return items on one occasion, and it was quite simple and painless! I have compared their prices with other sites, and the value can't be beat!

I thought their was quite a diverse amount of merchandise. I would recommend it to friends. There were many unique things that you otherwise wouldn't find any other place. Some things seemed pricey. You had to look for the sales and deals. I enjoyed to variety and colors.
