I placed an order before checking the reviews! Shame on me. I placed an order in mid-February and it was supposed to arrive today. I went in to my account to check the status... and it simply still say's "Processing". I've sent them an email. It'll be interesting to see what the response is and based on the information I am reading here, likely not favorable. If and when I do receive my order, I am not optimistic about it's condition.
