Das Kleid passt perfekt und ist sehr angenehm im Tragen. Das Innenfutter fühlt sich auf der Haut sehr weich an. Lieferfrist war 2.5 Wochen, was soll man da sagen! Super! Sehr gute Verarbeitung und die Masstabelle entspricht dem Ergebnis auf dem Bild und ich kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

My shoes didn't fit and JJ's House did a wonderful job rectifying the situation. They were professional, polite and understanding. I would definitely shop at JJ's house again at a later time. I received my dress in less than 2 weeks from the time I placed the order. I did not have to pay any additional charges when it was delivered to my home address in the U.S. The dress is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I expected. I will admit I was extremely nervous ordering my wedding dress from China knowing the company did not accept returns, but I am beyond pleased with the dress and it fits like a glove (I did do custom sizing).
I paid about $200 for my dress from JJ House, not $2,000 for a Vera Wang. I believe the people rating with 1 stars need to keep this in mind (not that I think mine is any less beautiful, but it is a dress that was made in less than 2 weeks for $200). I absolutely would order from JJ house again.
There was some lack of communication at JJ house between their staff as one staff member was saying a dress in a certain fabric could be done and another one was saying it could not be done. This did slow down getting my order processed and was a little frustrating at the beginning. However they worked it out and kept me informed in the process and the customer service representative I was dealing with was polite and professional.
I need to return my dress because it doesn't fit me around the bust and I have no way to contact this customer service! Please help asap!

I am very happy with my dress and my Mom for the 1st time ever now wants to order a dress online. She wants me to get a dress for her from the Mother of the Bride section on your website now. Following my recent negative review, JJsHouse customer service department have been in touch. I have been in liaison with a lovely gentleman called Adam who has been extremely pleasant and helpful.
He explained their lack of contact was due to public holidays which spanned over a weekend.
As a way of compensation for my disappointment I have received a full refund for the dress, which I have been allowed to keep. Also I have a £20.00 voucher to cover the cost of the UK VAT charge.
In a nutshell, Adam could not have done enough for me and as a way of thanking him I am updating my review.
Would I use JJsHouse again? - yes I would give them another go.
