Following my recent negative review, JJsHouse customer service department have been in touch. I have been in liaison with a lovely gentleman called Adam who has been extremely pleasant and helpful.
He explained their lack of contact was due to public holidays which spanned over a weekend.
As a way of compensation for my disappointment I have received a full refund for the dress, which I have been allowed to keep. Also I have a £20.00 voucher to cover the cost of the UK VAT charge.
In a nutshell, Adam could not have done enough for me and as a way of thanking him I am updating my review.
Would I use JJsHouse again? - yes I would give them another go.
