BE WARE! Last year, I purchased a custom-order dress and used their "try-on" program to decide on what I was going to wear to a wedding. It was a seamless purchase. This year in March, I made the mistake of using the "try-on" program again, along with ordering a dress for purchase. They say on their website that they accept returns. Now for the WARNING. I added a purchase to the "try-on" order I placed, and returned everything I tried on, along with the purchased item, which was too large for me. I did not receive the return for the purchase to my credit card. I had purchased an additional dress, which was also too large, and that one came without an invoice. Making it impossible to return. I have reached out to their "customer service" portal, the only way to contact them, with no return labels being sent to me, nor any refunds given. DON'T make the same MISTAKE I did. Avoid this site altogether if the dress might not fit.

I ordered a dress on Feb 22, and it told me it would arrive between march 14 and 21. It was a good time frame before my prom, so I pressed purchase after trusting it. I shouldn't have. My package said it was released by customs on march 14, yet today is March 22 and I still haven't received it. My first few tickets sent by chats were ignored, and then my email was too. Only when I returned to the chats and pressured them was an email sent the same day. They essentially told me that I had to wait a bit longer, and then if it still wasn't here, that they would try a better solution. What does that mean? The whole email only included a link to the tracking website. Which I had been using. The website told me that it's best to contact the courier directly as they don't have much control of the packages once it leaves the warehouse, which is fair, but it's your company. The courier however, is based in china and does not answer any calls (I tried) and have been ignoring my emails. I also contacted UniUni, which is the delivery service JJhouse claims to use, but UniUni said they've only received information regarding the package on March 10th and have yet to receive anything. Nothing. I've received nothing. TLDR: If your package is lost/late/needs return, customer service will be horrible to deal with. UPDATE: I was offered a full refund by JJHouse, and their chat agent is the most responsive and helpful. Emailing them was still difficult, but it can be credited to the time zone difference.

I recently purchased some items from JJShouse and I couldn't be happier with the items that I received. The items arrived in time in good condition, exactly as described on the website. I'm thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop again in the future. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to find the items you need. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly. Highly recommended!. Overall, my experience is great and I can't wait for my next purchase.

This was my first time buying from JJ's and it certainly did not disappoint! We're very satisfied with our dresses. We'll definitely be buying again.

I purchased a dress for a wedding and it took close to three weeks to receive. Once I received the shipment the box was opened, crushed and the inner plastic that the dress was in was also opened and exposed. There was no return label or receipt. I notified JJ House immediately, providing pictures etc.
They do NOT stand behind any conditions in receipt of purchase and shipment.
They make it a terrible experience and still not refunding me or sending me a return label upon multiple requests.

Declared value invoice was $18. Dress cost $180. Resulted in $200 customs fine I had to pay to get dress released from customs. Absolutely no reply from JJsHouse for 3 days on this. Either major fraud or honest mistake?
EDIT: JJsHouse replied on my mail and promised to refund penalty.

Beautiful dress! I will be wearing it for my engagement photoshoot. It fits perfectly, it's very light, the colour is beautiful just like the picture and quality is amazing. Length is a bit long even with heels so will have to shorten it a bit but that's because I'm petit. I really recommend this dress, you won't be disappointed. It arrived in 5 days! It also has pockets (Bonus!)

Need to exchange for a different size but can't contact company without order number which I deleted. They retrieved my data and are working with me. Dress quality is great and I'm excited about it. Next time I'd use the try on at home option since there is no paperwork included in a standard order.
