Hi, I didn't read any reviews before I ordered a dress. Good thing! It would have just made me worry, and I don't need that on top of planning a wedding in 45 days! I ordered on Sept. 2,2020, and the dress came yesterday Sept. 17,2020. Jjshouse makes their dresses from scratch, so the dress we received fits perfectly. Pretty awesome considering nothing fit at any of the bridal shops around here (Utah). Keeping in mind the dresses were made in China and shipped here. If you don't have 20 days to wait for a dress buy one off the rack and have it tailored. As for JJshouse dresses, totally worth the wait! I ended up with a beautiful, "made to order" dress at a reasonable price.
This company is great they respond quickly and I've received a few of my refunds with no hassle. Love love love these dresses but sadly they didn't fit. I will refer this company to others. Thank you JJ's house for being Amazing.

I've read many reviews, most of them were very bad (I'm Dutch so don't mind my English). I'm writing this review because I want to help others on their search for the right dress. First of all, measure is key! Watch the video to mesure the right parts. Second, to avoid disappointment, read the instructions of the dress. You will read that some lace stay the same color as shown on the picture. I had my dress tailor made, it fits like a glove and the color is exactly like the picture. I'm very happy with my dress and will order from JJ's house again! I'll insert a picture (I hope this helps you to make a decision).
I was expecting this site to be a scam after seeing some bad reviews from Reddit, but nope, it is absolutely legit. I received my order lightning fast (like 4 days?) and they were exactly as shown on the website. They didn't look like those Shein/Wish reality vs expectation dresses like I was afraid. What you see is actually what you get - these clothes are nice quality! Definitely try them out!

After reading several reviews I was cautious about ordering but after receiving the dress I am very happy. Colour and style exactly as shown on the website. All up it took 2 weeks from ordering to receiving (probably missed a busy time). No issues with delivery - from China to New Zealand in 6 days.

As it's now prom season, many people are looking to buy dresses for the big night! My friend and I recently got prom dresses from JJsHouse and we love them!
This black one fit my friend really well and it looked so good on her. I really loved the blue one that I shared in the picture (the back is my favorite :)) Her's was about $150usd while mine was only $89! We did get it tailored/custom sizing so that does cost extra.
The quality of these are just so amazing for it's price and I'm so glad I didn't spend more than what I did because paying hundreds of dollars for a dress for this one night is erm not exactly worth it so definitely check out their website if you're interested in buying ANY kind of dress!

I ordered a dress on Feb 22, and it told me it would arrive between march 14 and 21. It was a good time frame before my prom, so I pressed purchase after trusting it. I shouldn't have. My package said it was released by customs on march 14, yet today is March 22 and I still haven't received it. My first few tickets sent by chats were ignored, and then my email was too. Only when I returned to the chats and pressured them was an email sent the same day. They essentially told me that I had to wait a bit longer, and then if it still wasn't here, that they would try a better solution. What does that mean? The whole email only included a link to the tracking website. Which I had been using. The website told me that it's best to contact the courier directly as they don't have much control of the packages once it leaves the warehouse, which is fair, but it's your company. The courier however, is based in china and does not answer any calls (I tried) and have been ignoring my emails. I also contacted UniUni, which is the delivery service JJhouse claims to use, but UniUni said they've only received information regarding the package on March 10th and have yet to receive anything. Nothing. I've received nothing. TLDR: If your package is lost/late/needs return, customer service will be horrible to deal with. UPDATE: I was offered a full refund by JJHouse, and their chat agent is the most responsive and helpful. Emailing them was still difficult, but it can be credited to the time zone difference.
Dear Adda, your order was sent out on 9th March as we stated on the website. After the customs clearance on March 14th, the final-mile logistics partner has not received the parcel yet. We have repeatedly urged the logistics company to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Please kindly check your email for more information regarding the logistics issue.
I ordered 4 of my bridesmaid dresses custom size and 3 of them were incorrect.
I have photo evidence of the incorrect sizes but all customer service can say to me is that tape measurements can vary in size which is incredibly incorrect and a stupid thing to say? One of my bridesmaids dresses we ordered in 48 inches length and it has come in 42 inches. I have given JJ house over a week to resolve this but they have now ignored my emails which is extremely unprofessional.
I'm now left with one completely unwearable dress and the other two are going to have to wear dresses that a just to big for them because JJ House have got this wrong and are not doing anything to solve it.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who's planning on putting there faith in them for there special day!

I was so nervous to shop, let alone purchase online from JJ's. I couldn't imagine the kind of beautiful quality dresses that they make! This will be the 3rd dress that I have purchased from them and I have never been disappointed. The try before you buy is a great option and so easy to use. Very quick shipment, high quality beautiful dresses, and very easy return process. I ordered 3 more dresses to try on, and I'm very excited to receive them as well. JJ's makes it very easy. Now the hard part will be choosing the right one! Needless to say, I will be a return customer.
Need to exchange for a different size but can't contact company without order number which I deleted. They retrieved my data and are working with me. Dress quality is great and I'm excited about it. Next time I'd use the try on at home option since there is no paperwork included in a standard order.

How is it I've paid £154 for an outfit with postage ( which I thought was £16 - expensive at best!) I work in retail and we never charge that amount! My refund was £113 so I've lost £ 40 returning a sub standard outfit!

They don't custom made anything. They make you pay more but when the dress arrives it has nothing to do with your size, the quality is awful. They are based in Hong Kong and not UK, worst experience ever. Run from them.

I ordered a custom made outfit for my son's wedding from JJsHouse.com It was late. I checked the tracking. It stopped in NYC. I have contacted them several times. They are not replacing it, or refunding me. They said it's not their responsibility once the shipper has it. They offered to refund me for 1/2 of my shipping cost. 11$. Their customer service just stinks. If you're on a budget, don't even entertain the idea because you could very well end up buying two dresses if the one from JJSHouse never shows up!

I recently returned a chiffon bolero jacket weighing 2-3 ounces. Not wishing to spend $30-40% of the items value to get a tracking number I returned it to the company via priority mail with their form inside the package as directed. My return address was clearly written. Well, a month has passed and sure enough they are saying it was not received. I consider this highly unlikely! Back & forth with their customer service and bottom line is they refuse to refund my $28. Perhaps now they can sell it to collect an additional $28 but, they have lost me (and maybe others here who value customer service and a reasonable return policy) as a customer. I have two more family weddings upcoming and will NOT be looking for my dresses at JJ's House!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
