I Ordered my dress and received it before the original date, i ordered a custom size and when i tried on my dress I realized it doesn't look exactly like the picture, i contacted JJsHouse and they offer to pay for alteration. UPS send a bill for over $40 which JJsHouse also offer to pay half of the amount billed. I have to mention that they did replied back to all my messages and i even got 3 PHONE CALLS all the way from china! Wow!
They also gave a $30dls credit valid for purchases on JJsHouse. The quality of the material is good.
I'm giving a 3 starts for customer service and quality of the fabric, I'm still disappointed that even with the alteration done, my dress will not look like the picture from the website.

JJs House's Customer Service team are amazing! Very responsive! All of my questioned were answered almost immediately. All answers were provided in a kind manner, the content was detailed, helpful and assistive. On top, the products which I received were exactly as expected - very good quality!
DO NOT use the site. I should have read the reviews on this website! I read the reviews on their website and believed them. I feel very stupid and should have known better! They are located in China so the only ONLY way to communicate is through their website with 24 hour later responses.
Here is a review of the issues:
1) After purchasing, they downloaded a Trojan which I have not been able to get rid of. There are continual pop-ups & hijacking of my browser.
2) When the dress arrived I owed $44.92 in import fees. They tell you that it is buried in their FAQ's but since I didn't have any questions at the time of purchase, so I never read them.
3) The color ordered was silver and the dress is green.
4) There were loose threads and sequins all over the box
5) The dress did not come close to fitting & the workmanship was horrible.
6) When I tried to contact them for a return number (also send the required pictures) I received a reply that the pictures were unclear (I had used my phone camera). When I try to send more detailed pictures from my camera I get a message that the file is too large.
I will try to fight it but I am positive that this is a scam and any favorable reviews were written by them.

Was worried about ordering online, but love it. My wedding dress came today and it was perfect. Was the same as what I ordered. Got it custom made and it fits, perfect. Cost $300 but to buy it here in Australia it would be $2,000.
Very happy. It came with in 2 weeks, so very fast. The fabric is beautiful. It was worth the stress of not knowing what will arrive. Very happy. I don't know why other people were not happy, sorry for them. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my upcoming destination wedding... being nervous of ordering a dress online I decided to order one to just see the quality and colour for myself (I ordered watermelon) it took about 3 weeks for my order to be delivered, which was quicker than I had anticipated. When I got the dress I couldn't have been happier the colour is amazing and the quality is great I will be ordering the rest of my bridesmaids dresses this week. Customer service is also very quick and helpful. Great site :)
Upon receiving the dress I was initially happy with it other than it was a bit to small. I then took it to a seamstress to have it altered. After having it for a week she comes back to me to tell me the many things that were wrong with and show me as well. It looks as if it was run through a sewing machine with now care taken to how it looked. The seams were coming apart same with the material. There is makeup stains on the material and the seamstress informed me that it had probably already been worn and altered. My seamstress is currently taking it apart and re doing the whole thing. The alterations are costing more than what I spent on the dress. I'm just looking to warn people about buying from this company.

Within 2 days of posting this review, I had received an email from jjshouse.com. They gave me a refund and told me I could keep the dress. Even though I am satisfied with this, my seamstress has a lot of work ahead of her to get the dress ready in time for my wedding.

I have ordered 2 dresses for my wedding and I am more than satisfied. First of all, affordable price. Second, grate personal assistance who is always on line and helps you to proceed your order. Third, timing. My dresses were done very fast. And last is delivery, quick and safe.

J'ai commandé ma robe le 21 février et l'ai reçue à ma porte plus rapidement que prévu. Je l'ai commandée en vert foncé et elle est irisée vert émeraude. Elle est magnifique, la confection est impeccable. Elle est doublée sans couture apparente et me moule comme une double peau sans soutien-gorge comme prévu. J'avais pris soin de faire parvenir mes mensurations et elle était parfaite. Une petite anecdote: elle est en envers dans la boîte et c'est la doublure qu'on voit, donc ma déception a été remplacée par une grande joie lorsque je l'ai retournée. Je recommande de commander l'écharpe dans le même tissu en même temps (Taffeta-Occasion-Speciale-Chale-*******-g*******), Elle n'a aucune couture apparente non plus, puisque qu'elle est double, cela fait un ensemble fort chic et la salle étant fraîche, je l'ai portée presque tout le temps. Je n'avais pas parcouru le site au complet et je l'ai commandé 2 jours plus tard, elle a été ajoutée dans la même commande. J'ai aussi commandé la crinoline recommandée (Femmes-Nylon-Longueur-Mollet-1-Couche-Jupons-*******-g4071). Un seul commentaire négatif, la robe est dans une boîte trop petite, il y aurait lieu de changer le format de la boîte, ce n'était pas le genre de boîte montrée, j'ai dû prendre 90 minutes pour la repasser à la vapeur... Je vais sûrement recommander des robes sur ce site et plusieurs personnes ont maintenant la référence. J'avais des remords à ne pas acheter local, mais aucune robe ne me convenait, aucune n'était aussi belle et aucune n'était confectionnée chez-nous?... J'ajoute ici qu'il faut calculer les taxes et douanes pour ne pas avoir de surprise. Merci pour une magnifique soirée.

I was utterly disgusted with the dress that I received from jjhouse. Poor quality, poor workmanship. The finished dress did not look anything advertised. It had no shape and was thick and bulky. Their was threads hanging off everywhere. I was not able to return it because my 7 days were up. I spent 7 days looking for another outfit.

The dress is nearly exactly as showed in the picture. I choosed to give them my measurements and what can I say: It matches perfectly, the dress is feeling wonderful by wearing, everything is as they promised to me - I'm really satisfied about the work, good quality for that price. I would buy another one for further opportunities. Thanks to the stuff for the amazing dress.
Excellent customer service online. I offered to pay to have my dress shipped overnight and was not charged anything extra. I feel like they expedited my dress and it is of excellent quality and beautiful. I will enjoy wearing it for my only daughter's wedding.
I had ordered a red gown from them and had sent in my measurements as per the site. With specific instructions. I cant tell you how pleased i was. They even sent me an email with a picture of the fabric with indoor an outdoor lighting just to make sure that was the shade of red requested. When it arrived it was beautifully packaged and fit absolutely perfectly.
Caveat: Order early. They almost always have a holiday they celebrate..
I ordered a wedding dress and was very wary about ordering from so far away. But the dress arrived in good time and it is absolutely beautiful. Fits just right I did have custom made service and it is more beautiful than it looked on the website. They were very professional and I was charged an extra £30 by DHL and when I emailed JJs about this they have said they will pay half of the £30 which I was pleasantly surprised at. I would recommend JJS to a friend anytime thank you all of you concerned for making the lovely dress and the careful packing you have done a wonderful job. Julie

Being a larger girl, i thought that it would be impossible for me to get a dress made from china!. But to my amazement the dress arrived within the time frame said and i LOVE it, it's perfect for a Godmother role, I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase an elegant dress, to use JJs. I cant thank you enough. Cant wait for the next time i purchase another dress for another occasion.
Jjs house had such a range of beautiful dresses, i finally picked one and ordered it sending my own measurments, i have a family wedding the following month, and was worried i would'nt have it back in time, i emailed to explain my story, i was email back straight away saying they would put it on priority for me. I got my dress just 2 weeks after ordering it. It was so quick, plenty of time for the wedding. It was perfect, it fitted perfect too. I will be ordering again when i have another event coming up as i was very happy with it and the service.
Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
