Beware

Do not buy anything from this company. I did not like the ring at all so I returned it but didn't follow their strict return instructions exactly so now I am out of my ring and my money. They will not refund my money because I don't have my tracking number. What happened to looking up something my name and address. I wish I could give 0 stars because I would. Please don't listen to the good reviews. They're probably from this awful company's employees.

We sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences and difficulties caused you, Ann. We want nothing more than making our customers feel at ease while returning their purchases back for a refund. However, we still need to deal with each customer's issue according to the specific clauses of our return policy. As our return policy clearly states "When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking No. With it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed." We cannot track returns without a tracking number due to a large number of packages being processed in our warehouse every day. As for the reviews here, positive or negative, they were all written by real customers. We still want to do everything we can to make you feel satisfied, so if you can provide us with any other evidence of proof such as the shipping receipt of the return package, our customer satisfaction team will try their best to get this issued resolved for you. I love Julia rings!

I have purchased 11 rings and am patiently awaiting my next 3! The prices are amazing! Why have onr ring for $15k when u can have 14 rings for about $1600? Makes sence to me to have more rings for variety than one same ol ring... check out Julia! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I purchased two rings from here. One I absolutely love and get compliments on daily it is going around center stand with three diamonds on each side looks very dainty. The other me I didn't like and they would not allow me to return it because I had taken the sizing sticker off of it. I dug through my garbage can and couldn't find it so I was out $129. The return policy could use a little wiggle room. But I would still buy from them again!

SCAM ALERT!

My husband purchased a ring set for my Valentine's gift and I did not like it and it did not fit. The item was not as described. He felt comfortable ordering it because "they say" there is a 30 day guarantee return. The phone number the provided is NOT A WORKING PHONE NUMBER and I have left numerous messages on their email. We have been trying to get in touch with Jeulia company for over two weeks to return this product that they overcharge for in the first place but how are you supposed to return it if they give you a false phone number and do not respond to any of your messages?! This is a rip off and they are being reported by the BBB and getting this message out to the media. They have no problem taking your money but they do not want you to return anything, which they are false advertising (btw). BUYER BEWARE! They make it look and sound good but when you get it, it looks like something you would get out of a bubble gum machine. They charge $300.00 plus for an item I would not pay one cent for.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. I didn't even get to place an order. Their policy states that, to receive the military discount, you must send a copy of your military ID from your military email address. The military server in my son's office won't allow the email to go through. They won't accept the credentials from his personal email.

Called customer service and they told me to send a smaller jpeg file. I tried explaining that the type of file doesn't matter. The server won't let the email go through at all. She didn't say anything after I said this, so I said "Hello?" and she said "Are you finished?". WTF? SERIOUSLY? Incredibly unprofessional. As much as I wanted the ring, I won't be giving them ANY business!

If not, you might refer to the 'keep it clean" tips via this link: http://www.jeulia.com/how-to-care-rings.html to bring back its shine. Please kindly know that your ring looks dull mostly because the back of the gemstones have accumulated a layer of soap film and other “yuck” which blocks light from shining through them and makes them look dull. The hardest part is that the back of the stone is the most difficult area to keep clean, which is where most of the grime hide. I have sent you an email to follow up on this issue concerning your ring, and if it doesn't work after cleaning your ring, please send us a reply at your convenience so that we can better assist you. My ring is beautiful!
