I would give ZERO stars if possible. I didn't even get to place an order. Their policy states that, to receive the military discount, you must send a copy of your military ID from your military email address. The military server in my son's office won't allow the email to go through. They won't accept the credentials from his personal email.
Called customer service and they told me to send a smaller jpeg file. I tried explaining that the type of file doesn't matter. The server won't let the email go through at all. She didn't say anything after I said this, so I said "Hello?" and she said "Are you finished?". WTF? SERIOUSLY? Incredibly unprofessional. As much as I wanted the ring, I won't be giving them ANY business!

Actually, we do allow customers to send the military ID from their personal emails if they are not allowed to send emails via the military email address anymore. The customer service representative who answered the phone was obviously very unprofessional, and I have escalated this issue you have met with to our branch related.
