Purchased the 2 hearts in rose gold surrounded by the white topaz stones. It was very pretty but I thought the sizes run small. Contacted the company every day for 2 weeks. I needed to know where to send it for an exchange. Finally I got an email and sent it to the address provided. After an additional 2 weeks I was told if you want it shipped fast you must pay $20. Already annoyed that the customer service was so horrible I told them to swallow the $20 and ship me my ring. This went on for about a week. Annoyed and pissed off I contacted them via FB messenger. I received an immediate response. Informed them of the issue. They could not apologize enough. They offered a discount, I said all I want is what I paid for. I did ask them to please ship it UPS without charging me for shipping. In 3 days the ring is on my finger and I LOVE IT!
The customer service through FB messenger is way better than dealing with customer service on the website sad to say. So my advice is if you have any issues contact Jeulia through FB messenger. I will absolutely recommend my friends to purchase from Jeulia. I have 2 rings from them and have my eye on a third. This is a company that owns their mistakes and fixes them quickly and politely. I give A++++++

I love my beautiful ring before I got I was scared I wasnt going to like it, but once I put it on my heart just melted I LOVE IT!
It was supposed to be an interim engagement ring that I needed for 6 week. Only lasted two days. One stone was missing when I received it. The main stone fell out 2 days later. It is GLUED in, not held by any prongs or has any support underneath. They are not responding to email. I looked up white sapphires on the internet and found they are cloudy. These are not sapphires. Probably rhinestones. Even the description of the stone is fake. Bummer for them because I wanted to purchase additional items.

Thank you for extra long response and your coping and pasting of your guidelines which I already understood. I understand your policies, however when someone does not return calls for days/weeks and emails are not responded to until I call - this is not good service. I emailed EVERYTHING you ask for and no one ever responded. I then had to call and wait for over 10 minutes for my call to be dropped? You have a message that comes on and says, sorry everyone is busy, email your request, click! I called back 7 times before someone answered the call - told me I would receive a return label in about 5-10 minutes... nothing for HOURS! Had to call back and go through the whole thing over again - TWICE. Then comes the refund. I sent the back back overnight with a signature required. You received the packed and it took 3 weeks to receive my refund less $10 of course. So please don't try to make it seem that I didn't know what I was doing! Maybe fix your system.

I guess if i were happy with the ring, everything would be fine, however I did not like it and simply wanted to send it back. Wow what an experience. They go back and forth with on a daily basis and thensay you must take picutres and send proof of the item in good standing... ok... but once you send these pics, no one wants to talk to you. I had to call and wait on hold for 17 minutes before anyone spoke with me. Then they told me that I had to ship the item back. WOW. I asked them to then cancel my new order... and of course it shipped. Now I have to receive it, open it, take pictures, and pay for the return freight on something I canceled. WOW AMAZING COMPANY!

I purchased this ring in December, returned it for the right size and it is now March and NO response or ring. Sad thing is we wanted to buy more of their products. Go with a large retail chain for this type of purchase and "in person".

I loved my wedding ring set! My soon to be husband has not seen his yet, but I am very pleased with both. I received a confirmation email, tracking information, and got the rings in 4 days, one extra day due to the engraving. I will definitely shop here again.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
