I purchased a ring in a size 6, which I went out of my way to go to Walmart and have my finger resized. I wanted to make absolutely sure that I was ordering the right size. When I received the ring it was entirely too small, barely getting it past my knuckle. I called cs (customer service) and made arrangements to exchange the ring. I was told I had to pay the shipping cost. Okay, I get that, my mistake?. I paid $20 for express shipping on 3/3/18 2-4 business days. So they have it set up where they send you a link to pay for shipping, then after you pay the shipping you have to call them to tell them you paid the shipping and give them an order number. After which they give you an address to ship your purchase back to them. Well after paying the $20 for shipping I had to pay an additional $10 at my local post office to have the ring shipped back to them! Thirty dollars to have this corrected? Well today, 10 days AFTER I paid for express shipping, I received my ring. And wouldn't you know its still too small! I took it to a jeweler to have it sized and it measures at 6 1/4, not the 6 1/2 that it should be! This has been a complete nightmare! Don't waste your money! I wish I had read the other reviews before I made my purchase. Buyer BEWARE!

Please kindly know that the sizes of our rings are international standard sizes and our rings are true to size. We always remind customers to refer to our ring size guide(https://www.jeulia.com/ring-size.html) before purchasing so that they will get their rings in the correct US sizes. We want nothing more than making you feel at ease with your exchange, but we still need to follow the specific clauses of our return/exchange policy to deal with your exchange which states that "When requesting an exchange, customers will be responsible for back and forth shipping fees if they ordered the wrong size; When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it." After checking with the staff members from our logistic department, we did ship to you the new ring in size 6.5. If the new ring is still too small for you, maybe you should have exchanged for size 6.75 or 7 instead of size 6.5. I have sent you an email to follow up on this issue, and we sincerely hope that you could measure your size according to our ring size guide to let us know your correct US size. We hope that we can reach out a solution together and get this issue sorted out for you. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

3 weeks after I placed my order, for a 3 pc wedding ring set, I received it. Much more beautiful than I imagined it would be. Great price, beautiful, jewelry, not long of a wait. I read a lot of the comments, negative and positive. After the service and product I ordered and received, its hard to believe any of the negative comments, that were posted. I will definitely purchase from Jeulia again.

I was looking at all the beautiful jewelry online and my husband said let me know what you like since our anniversary is coming up, I put 9 items in the cart for him to look over and pick one. 3 day later and a mo before my anniversary I got two absolutely beautiful rings! They sparkle so much, and the colors are exquisite! I have the Lilac Flower round cut amethyst and Halo cushions cut blue sapphire and I love them both! 2 down 7 more to go and I am so sure Ill be adding to my cart

Bought a ring a month ago. Had a slight issue, contacted company and they addressed the issue quckly with no hassle. Love my ring and will definitely buy again. The product is so affordable, it's easy to purchase many different designs. I love Jeulia.

I dont write bad reviews, never have, until now and I have written hundreds. This all started before Christmas of 2017. I bought a wedding set and it was a half size too small. I tried to return it, you know, easy returns. I follow wed their instructions, dont remove the tag, kept the box perfect, everything like I received it. Couldnt get customer service to respond to emails or phone calls until my 30 days were up. I had to pay to ship it back. I provided a tracking number to them and it arrived within two days according to the tracking. A week later I called and was told they didnt have it yet. We played that game for a couple weeks and the they found it after I sent them a screenshot of the tracking showing they had it. Then I had to pay for shipping back to me, so I did that.

Now, I Have been trying for a month and a half to get my fully paid for ring shipped to me. Every time I call customer service they tell me the ring is ready to ship and will be shipped in the next couple of days and I will receive an email letting me know. I have heard the same story 6 weeks in a row and have no email nor ring. Worst company ever to do business with. I have a day, a venue, photographers and everything else but a ring.

Hello,

I work for a Global International company that receives and ships thousands of packages a day without putting the responsibility of tracking on our Customers. Major companies like Amazon and Zappos also do not seem to have an issue with large volumes of returns.

It sounds like you US Warehouse is poorly managed and that you have merchandise that you do not own in this Warehouse. How exactly does that work for your Inventory reconciliation and paying of taxes on this inventory? Your inventory count must be way off if it is done at all.

This is a poor excuse of Customer Service and lacking of knowledge on how to run a Warehouse and is not my problem as a Customer.

I will never purchase from you again and will warn everyone about this lack of basic Warehouse practices.

This ring is even more beautiful than the pictures. The pictures do it no justice whatsoever. The sizing, the shape... it is gorgeous. I have small hands and small fingers and was a little concerned about the shape, it is extremely pretty on. Thank you!

My fiance ordered my ring in 2016 and it was not given to me until December 2017, which I understand was past the 1 year warranty mark. The ring sat inside of the box in the original packaging at his work. But not even a month after I started wearing the ring, the diamonds started falling out. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and now looks funny since diamonds are missing and I cannot wear it. I contacted customer service to see if they could help and was pretty much told sorry about your bad luck the warranty is over but you can take it to another jeweler and have them fix it. They were not willing to help at all. I'm sorry but I have worked customer service and if it was given to someone as a gift after the warranty expired and they had not used it nor worn it, we would have honored the warranty. So now my Fiance has to buy me a new engagement ring since Jeulia WONT HELP AT ALL. Seriously if you are planning on asking your spouse to marry you, buy the ring a week before just in case so it can be covered by warranty. Cause they won't do anything after that point. It also takes them like a week to answer you.

I've ordered from this company quite often and have always had a positive experience. The quality is excellent and the products are all exactly as advertised.
