Ordered and received a Gabor wig that was tangled, scratchy and had a smell.

Returned and offered $100 because they said the wig was tangled, scratchy, and had a smell.

No kidding Einstein, that's why I returned it.

Hello,

I work for a Global International company that receives and ships thousands of packages a day without putting the responsibility of tracking on our Customers. Major companies like Amazon and Zappos also do not seem to have an issue with large volumes of returns.

It sounds like you US Warehouse is poorly managed and that you have merchandise that you do not own in this Warehouse. How exactly does that work for your Inventory reconciliation and paying of taxes on this inventory? Your inventory count must be way off if it is done at all.

This is a poor excuse of Customer Service and lacking of knowledge on how to run a Warehouse and is not my problem as a Customer.

I will never purchase from you again and will warn everyone about this lack of basic Warehouse practices.

Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed." Currently, we still need our customers to provide us with the shipping carrier they used and the tracking No. For the return package so that we can confirm the receipt of the return and process their return/exchange request without delay. My ring was dull from day one so cleaning it is not a solution.

You have my ring. I shipped it back to you but you cannot find it and have done nothing to resolve this issue.

Please understand that after shipping back your ring to our warehouse in the US, you need to provide us with the shipping carrier you used and the tracking No. For the return package so that we can confirm the receipt of the return with them. Sorry that we cannot track returns without a tracking number due to a large number of packages being processed in our warehouse every day. Do not buy from this site.

The rings are dull and the Customer Service is horrible.

They have my ring but do not answer emails or any requests for information.
