I purchased a gold wedding set. It was absolutely beautiful and I paid over $100.00 for it. Within two months the gold was gone, worn off. It's terribly disappointing, a waste of money.

I have waited over a week to get a promise ring I order and never received this shipment or confirmation email; yet they charged my account for the purchase. I call customer service get a lady that is international, rude and poor communication. She can't find my order anywhere using my name, address, email or phone number. I asked for a supervisor and she said no one is available. She then asked me to send the copy of the transaction to them to investigate where the order is and said to give it 24 to 48 hours. I've waited a week and you lost my order so I still have to wait another week prolly to see if you can figure it out. I don't know the quality of the products, but would not order her EVER again due to issue. They lost me trust and business.

Absolutely Stunning

We bought the https://www.jeulia.com/product-jeulia-3pc-halo-princess-cut-sterling-silver-ring-set-cid14-jewb0058 ring from jeulia for my actual wedding ring. My husband bought 2 this one and a really pretty $1500 ring which was pretty but it didn't have that wow factor that this ring had. Just everything about it was amazing. Perfect size and it was just me. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back for the price and quality of work done. I wish I would kid pictures of what it actually looks like but again pictures so not do it justice.

Worst purchase

I purchased a bridal set. 1 week later there were 4 small stones missing and one pronge for center Stone was gone. Of course went through the hassle of sending the ring back for repair / refund whichever one I wanted to do. So I emailed them once I sent it back through FedEx with a tracking number just like the company said I had to do. It only took 2 days for a so-called repair to ship the ring back out. I called customer service they told me that the ring was already shipped out and I could not get a refund. I work hard for my money just as everyone else does for a company to give you such bull$#*! when it comes to refund or repair it should be to make the customer happy. I will never or tell anybody anything good about this company. I will never purchase another piece of junk piece from this company. Worst experience ever. Lesson learned!

My Jeulia ring is stunning and brilliant. I have received so many compliments on my set. I purchased it around our 18th anniversary so people are giving my husband attaboys and hes confused! Ha! Gift to self!

This is a fantastic piece, suits my style to the T!

Refund is a hassle!

My husband surprised me with 3 rings from Jeulia. I only ended up liking 1 of them and wanted him to return the other 2 since they are so expensive. He emailed them asking for a refund and they gave him the run around about getting a replacement instead. After back and forth email, they said his order was past 30 days by now so he can't get a refund. As if they were entertaining that idea in the first place. He caved in and is in the process of getting me a replacement ring instead. I'm sure they will make him pay the shipping to return the ring as well. What an inconvenience and shady business tactics. There are competitors like who are much better in their customer service. I recommend avoiding Jeulia.

I purchased a ring that was flawed. When I contracted customer service, they responded promptly. I returned the ring and received a replacement ring that was even BETTER! The product looks amazing, the customer service was great and I'm very pleased with my purchase! I will be ordering additional jewelry in the near future!

My original ring was stolen my hubby replaced it with a ring from Jeulia omg I am so happy. I get compliments on it everyday. I got it for Christmas in 2017 it's now July 2018 still has it shine and sparkle. I haven't taken it off since I got it. Thank you for making me smile again.

I was impressed that my ring looked exactly as advertised. It is beautiful and I love it. How long that will last, based on what I paid for it, who knows, but I don't think anyone can expect to pay these prices and it's going to last forever. The fact that they give you a one year warranty is impressive and surprising. I intend to enjoy it as long as I can, and will likely be a repeat customer!
