They seem to be doing to me what they do to others. They "don't know about import duties" so want you to pay half. Now no response about providing me a full refund. Should I not receive my refund by tomorrow I am tracking them down and having them all jailed. And make no mistake I have the means to do so. I do not threaten, I make action. No refund = JAIL!
My ring came in two weeks with engravings. Everything looked beautiful. My boyfriend loves it on me. However after only a few days, the black started coming off. Also when I received the ring, the skulls weren't completely black to begin with. It has a bunch of tiny scratches already meaning that it is NOT rhodium plated because the rhodium would protect it. I posted evidence in pictures to the jeulia Facebook page and explained my findings and jeulia deleted it. I reposted 3 more times and they deleted it again three more times. I'm going keep trying to raise awareness to people but I wouldn't be surprised if they block me to avoid people knowing the truth. You get what you pay for. Not going to order from jeulia again.

The product is adequate, but the actual customer service and tracking service is absolutely horrific. I kept calling in to make a change and for 3 days they told me they couldn't find that order number than shipped it out via free shipping even though I paid for express. Absolutely no jeep via email or phone

I ordered a ring, and thankfully it came in very quickly. The ring looks beautiful. But I ordered a 7 3/4 size ring, it came in 8 3/4. Mistakes happen, no big deal, I'll just exchange it, right? Then I call their customer service number, FROM THEIR WEBSITE, and I get a rep. Great. He asks for my order number, and then what size I want to exchange my ring for. THE SECOND I start to talk, he hangs up. I call again, NO ANSWER! I sent an email explaining what happened, and I got an automated one back. I'm reading a lot of reviews saying that I probably won't get my ring exchanged, or a refund if I decide to go that way. I'm not entirely convinced this isn't true!
EDIT 8/24: They offered to have me return the ring. But upon reading more reviews, the "address" they sent me is a complete scam. Everyone who sends to that address gets the claim that they sent it to the "wrong" address, because this one is in the US. OR that the "recipient has moved." And then you just end up out the shipping fees, and OUT A RING, because they will NOT send you a new one. I emailed them and I told them that I knew this, and they denied this was true. Sure, Jan. REGARDLESS. I'm just paying to have it sized. I'm guessing that if it is really made of cheap crap, then it'll break apart or something. Now, I'm fully aware I can't sue since they're a Chinese company, or whatever, but BUYER BEWARE. DON'T. BUY. FROM. THEM.

I ordered my ring august 7. On August 9 the tracking number i was provided tells me it's ready to ship. Customer service assures me that it is in transit but today is August 18 and i don't have my order. The point of tracking is to allow the customer to see where the package is and when to expect it to arrive... what i see is its ready to ship sitting in a warehouse in China. Unless this ring is absolutely spectacular i will return it when i finally do receive it because this whole transaction has been terrible.

Rhodium plating is often added onto white gold or silver jewelry and engagement and wedding bands in particular to increase shine, luster and durability, less prone to tarnishing. I would give then a ZERO. Scammersin! Advertise a product and send you a FAKE! When you return FAKE product they charge you for their free shipping. They avoid confrontation and block on social media so they don't have to refund you the CORRECT amount. Fake China $#*!!

DO NOT - I REPEAT, DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been battling with them on a return and they won't even personally respond! I call their computer canned emails - THE CANNERY. If you have a problem with a product you will only communicate with Mr. Cannery and get the same canned letter to every email you write trying to resolve the problem. BTW, products are made in China as my last two were delivered from there and those are the ones I am having problems with Mr. Cannery too. Also the stuff looks great on-line and when you first get them, but their beauty and shine fades within a very short period of time, but of course after the 30 days. AND I would like to know WHY I have to give any explanation for a return if there is a 30 day unconditional return. My reason is lousy customer service and merchandise! I could go on and on, but I am not going to. There are many reputable stores that you can get the same merchandise from. That's where I'm going, SOMEWHERE ELSE! ZA******* I am absolutely horrified that I have to pay import charges over 50% of the value of good R800 for the item I purchased through yourselves - DHL say you under valued the item to customs and that this item I paid for is 4 x more than it can be purchased on other sites. They said I should never have incurred these costs - what the hell is happening here? Am I to take this to social media and expose the truth!

3 years ago my then boyfriend designed the perfect engagement ring for me. But it was very pricey. We opted for a different look and went with amethyst for my bridal set ( which I love) however i can't wear it often because it is very delicate and often breaks. I've had it repaired several times. Along comes an ad for Jeulia. I look through and what do I see? A very close replica of tbe original design at a fraction of the price! My now husband is skeptical but he ordered it and i was able to get a customized band too. The process was super easy! It was very affordable and got here quickly. Best part is it is beautiful and durable! Outstanding customer service, ordering process and product! Evelyn was my online customer service support person... she helped me find and customize my order.
Rude customer service online with a Linda... which apparently is the only person to deal with as every time u go to live chat theres Linda! Apparently this company thinks the customer is stupid. I have 2 tings to return, 1 is missing a stone. First im told i can only replace and then after conversation, all of which is ridiculous, i get someone to answer phone. Then im yold same story... only replacement. So i have to get a bit nasty and say i dont want a replacement as i now dont trust quality and def am not impressed with return policy or customer sevice attitude. I finally get a return address, which i might add is the oddest address ive ever seen, and i have to pay for the return of a damaged product! This company is a joke and probably a big china scam... i would never ever buy again or recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy! My hubby bought me the mermaid ring since ive woren it i havnt had any issues with it. Since sterling silver rings are my faves i would know whats real and not. Jeulia rings are a great buy i am deff going to buy again.
I recently received the white saphire skull ring. Much to my surprise it exceeded my expectations! The stone was larger than I expected and it was cut beautifully. I get compliments all the time and I adore it!
After writing my first review about this company, they sent a message to contact them via chat line or phone. They did not answer the phone lines at all and the chat line provides an automated response when yo u first choose to chat with them but no one ever ever responds on their side. This is absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with... do not spend your hard earned money purchasing any products from this company because their products change color, their customer service is non existent and although you pruchase a product that looks nice at first, it is garbage after 3 months!

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
