Skull ring

I ordered the wedding set skull sides receaved them in the time they said would be here and i absolutely love them i have got many compliments on them i show them off all the time, thank you Jeulia you turned a sad situation into glad again as my origanal wedding set was stolen in a robbery at my house these rings do not leave my fingers!

I did not order anything but my mom did. She never orders anything online but fell in love with the Skull rings that are on the website. She order 1 ring and I believe the shipping was descent however, when she received her credit card statement she saw she was double charged. She kept trying to get a hold of the company but was not getting through. When she finally did, they refused to refund her because the receipt said she ordered 2. She looked at her receipt and realized it did say she ordered 2 but she only received 1. She called her credit card company to have them stop/refund the payment. The credit card company investigated and also refused to refund because the receipt said she ordered 2. This is the perfect way for the company to get away with an extra charge. The one she ordered was the 4 skull ring which is listed at $199.95, so they got away with an extra $199.95. That's a lot of money for someone living on SS. I'm so upset with this. I hope no body else goes through what she's going through.

Excellent Service

I recently ordered a ring from Jeulia's on Monday 8/29 and paid to have it expedited because I had an upcoming trip by the Saturday. After I placed the order online I contacted their customer service as to ask to put a rush on the order and they said they will do it. I received my order by Wednesday 8/31 in excellent packaging condition and was impressed with the quality of the ring.

Received my ring yesterday, really fast shipping. And this ring really exceeded my expectations. I was worried that it would be too big or gaudy, but it looks really nice and classy. The stones sparkles and has a beautiful sky bule color. I would definitely recommend this ring for its beauty and great price.

So beautiful - worth the wait

I was starting to worry because three weeks had passed and I still hadn't received my rings. I shouldn't have worried. Customer service was fantastic about getting back to me and they were so polite. That same day I received my rings! They are so beautiful and sparkly. I can't stop looking at mine. My mom loves her ring too. I will be buying more rings from them in the future.

Garbage

Short and sweet, these rings look great... online. They are junk, made with junk. Shipping takes Forever! Oh, and for the love of god don't you dare try and contact them. You will get nothing bout auto generated responses. Did I mention this stuff is JUNK. Oh and there 30 day hassle free return... hahahaa JOKE basically you want to return them better not even open the damn packaging it came in. Web site's cool, stuff looks great, but be warned this stuff is junk and it is nothing but a scam. You think you're getting a great deal on a nice piece of fashionable sparkle, WRONG save your money. Dont buy this $#*! or deal with these no good people. You want to give away your money donate to a charity I wish I could get my money back that's where I'd rather it be then these bastards pockets.

Very poor quality

I bought a ring and I received 2 weeks ago, the ring look beautiful the first week, then It turning to black color and has a bunch of tiny scratches already this is NOT rhodium plated or real silver, now they don't want to receive my ring back or give my money back. THIS COMPANY HAS A LOT COMPLAINTS, IS A SCAM, BE CAREFUL DONT BUY IT.

Hi juliana, We feel extremely sorry for the inconvenience. For the problem please send the ring to us, we will fix it for free. In fact, the ring shouldn’t turn to black at such short time. Our rings are really made of 925 sterling silver and the coat is real rhodium plating. Rhodium plating is often added onto silver jewelry in particular to less prone to tarnishing. But it’s only a plating, also need to care rings. The rings can't be used in Cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes, lotion, Swimming Pools, Spas and Chlorinated water, these materials contain chemicals that can often damage jewelry and cause color changes and even structural damage. Pleased and so glad I purchased this ring. I like rose gold and silver and am totally happy I decided to get this. It does say S925 on the inside, and the stone is shining. Really well made, so much for the price!
