Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a ring from them and after shipment received a very large DHL bill which didnt make sense. I contacted them and within minutes they contacted DHL and gave me feedback. They were quick, responsive and very helpful. I would recommend Jeulia any day as their customer service is excellent. Thank you for making me feel like I am your number one client. You deserve the credit :) :) :)

Future Buyers beware.

I wish I had checked this website out before placing my order. I too have the same story. My order was placed on 8/31/16 and still no ring. I was not aware this ring was coming out of China because according to the their website it states California but hell I should have known something wasn't right because California is mispelled on thier website. Buyers beware. I am filing a report with the BBB.

Wrong Information! Beware!

We placed an order with Jeulia.com & they gave us an invalid order number. After we told them the order number was wrong they told us that our order has shipped and that the USPS- United States Postal Service tracking number is LT*******CN and that we can track the pkg on USPS site. THIS IS NOT A USPS tracking number. On the site when we ordered it said 5-8 days for shipping. "Customer Service" now says 7-10 days. All of the info they provide is WRONG! We are going to dispute the charge with the credit card company. We are also going to post on our FB pages to not EVER order from these people. We have thousands of friends between the 2 of us. Hopefully this puts a dent in their so called sales

I ordered a ring September 11th with expedited 4 day shipping for my wife back home and since im currently stationed over seas. I haven't received a tracking number nor a response from customer service about it. I have tried calling a total of 18 times (I wish I was exaggerating) within the soan of 3 days and every single time it goes straight to voice-mail stating, " the phone lines are busy please leave a voice mail. I've also left 3 emails and still no response. How do i go about getting my FULL refund if they can't even answer the phone?! Terrible service and believe it's a scam.

Not impressed!

I am not happy with my rings. The rings scratch the inside of my middle finger and small finger. Also I am not happy with the stones. I would like to return them and get a refund please.

Prices are outrageous

Saw an ad on Facebook for a skull ring, loved it, almost bought it. Until I found the same ring for $21, not the hundreds that is being asked for in your ad. Will not purchase from this company.

Would not buy jewelry again

My husband ordered me a bridal wedding set for our 10 yr anniversary in july. I always wanted an engagement with a heart shaped stone. The set wa absolutely gorgeous and I got so many compliments on the bridal set. After only wearing it for ONE month the finish on ring started wearing away and you can now see silver coming through where finish is wearing off. Not sure if it is from the wedding band and engagement ring rubbing together or what but it looks awful. I went from excited and loving the set to disappointed. The set looked gorgeous for month and now the bands are are starting to look awful and cheap. ONE DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER... Would not recommend buying this company's jewelry...

The company is a scam

They sell you great looking rings that will tarnish and fall apart within 3 months. I take awesome care of my rings but my rose gold ring is now silver and my stone is falling out. I've been trying to contact customer service but the phone system is Chinese or something and the emails and automatic and the same they send to everyone. They sell you a 10 dollar ring in the disguise of a hundred or so ring and will just saying we can fix it for free but you have to pay for the most expensive shipping to get it to some Xin Lin in California. I refuse to get this ring fix because it will only do this all over again and j want my money back to buy a new one from a jeweler I can actually go to. Don't buy from this company. You will regret it.

I ordered a engagement ring for my fience with in 2 weeks it was tarnished and peeling apart. When I contacted them about it they wanted me to ship it back at my expense to be repaired. That is simply not satisfactory. They sold me a junk ring that did not last two weeks, and they think that i trust them to "repair" it, no thanks.It is very disappointing because I liked alot of their products, but after seeing how poor the customer service and quality of the product is will not be doing business with them or recommending them to anyone.

This ring is beyond gorgeous, it's sooo much prettier in person too. I just received mine today and I can say I never been so pleased with anything I've ordered before. It's worth the price, I would recommend for anyone to buy to! It also comes in a cute little box so it would be perfect for a gift!

My fabulous Ring

My husband bought my ring from Juelia. UK. I had been admiring it for a long time but wasn't quite sure about purchasing over the Internet. Well after a while I decided to get it. The ring arrived within 5 days from the time I placed my order. It was absolutely stunning. Came in a beautiful gift box with a ring box and gift bag. Also there was a special cleaning cloth for minding my ring. I'm so happy I ordered this ring and would highly recommend this Company. Right down to the delivery man was all a fantastic experience. Fabulous Customer service and after service.

Throughout my two month ordeal with Jeulia I have never been able to get a clear message from their CS Reps. They say they can do a customization of stone color, then they can't. I get the ring, my fiance isn't thrilled so we try again to customize and now they can. I send the ring back and then get an email that it was sent to the wrong address and they need 20 dollars more. Then I get an email asking for the tracking number which I already sent. This repeats two times until they ask for a screenshot of the tracking site. When I call in person they say all the right things, so I am stuck here waiting for everything to get sorted out.

I am truly disappointed with Jeulia's service. My fiancee proposed to me but the ring he had purchased is so huge, that it won't even stay on my finger. We were on holiday at the time and did not realise that you need to exchange the ring within a month. Jeulia did not want us to exchange the ring for a new size. Now i am stuck with this beautiful ring which is so huge but cannot even wear it. Its sad not to have worn the ring once and it looks like i am not even engaged.

For the problem, since you are located in South Africa, if you send it back to exchange, your local custom office will require to pay the import fee that is even higher than the value of the ring, in order to reduce your loss, so we don't recommend you send back. And we have promised to refund you a part of money, you can resize it on your local shop. Wish you can understand and hope you can consider the refund for resized. Thanks.
