I absolutely love this ring! It shines very bright and looks very real - I get compliments constantly! Quick delivery and great customer service from jeulia! I am careful not to clean it it or constantly wash my hands with it on. Cleans very easy - soft cloth works fine

I ordered a ring while they were running the discount for the 25 yr anniversary. When I put the code in and checked out thru PayPal the discount didn't come off. I emailed jeulia and they told me they would refund the 25% ($19.12) and told me I would have to close the reversal so they could do the refund. BIG MISTAKE. I did, they refunded 25% but did not send the ring. I contacted jeulia AGAIN and now they are telling me the order was canceled and a refund was done. Yeah, a partial refund of $19.12 NOT what I paid for the ring. So not only did these Scammers not send the ring they stole my money as well. STAY AWAY.
**Update** The reply given by Jeulia is a lie. The partial refund wasn't even done until Sept. 29th NOT the 17th. These people do not even know what they are doing
I was looking at ordering a ring through Jeulia and checking things out, and noticed on the website a link saying sign up to get 20% off your first order, so I signed up and then they sent to my email another coupon for $10 US off my first order. I then tried to order the ring using all these coupon but the site would not let me enter more than one. I then wrote customer service about it and why I couldnt order using all the coupon codes they sent me for my first order and the response I received was that once I placed the order I was to call customer service and they would apply the codes and refund the monies to my credit card. So I did this, only to be told by customer service that only one code could be used per order. It does not say this anywhere on the site and if this was the case why do they send out so many with off your first order. At that time, I told them to cancel my order, but apparently it has already shipping and could not be cancelled, even though I called customer service within hours of placing my order online. I told the lady at that time that I would be returning the ring. It also took 25 days to arrive, not the 5-7 quoted and it came from China. Their customer service phone number is for China but the website states California. The ring I received was very cheap looking and I would have returned it regardless of all the original mess. Stay away from this company. Spend your money locally
I'm so happy for this gift. It is a beautiful ring, with excellent brightness and also is original 925 Sterling Silver. My mistake was to buy a size 10. But this cute pretty amazing. I recommended it.

The picture on your website of my ring set was beaitiful and I fell in love with them. When i ordered them my confirmation said it could take up to 7-12 days as the rings were being hand crafted. I was amazed that they arrived in only 3 days. As I opened my package I was stunned at how beautiful they were. The craftsmanship is excellent and they are so sparkly! My ring has been sent back twice the first ring had a stone fall out after a few days then a replacement was sent after I sent it back. 2nd ring came with the wrong colored stones in the ring and was a big fight to make them fix it waited and tracking number dose not work as well. Come home to the ring they sent back with a stone missing as soon as I opened the box when you speak to the 1800 number good luck if you get an answer you get told they will fix it and will refund the shipping cost and they don't. Garbage service they do not listen at all beware if you get birthstone rings because they don't pay attion to the color I'm March which is aquamarine and I get that with dark blue stones and it's not suppose to look like that it took so many photos for them to take it back saying nothing was wrong. If you don't have time or money to waste then stay away very bad service and don't bother with the engraving they do a much better job to make sure there logos on there

I reached out to juelia a week ago to let them know that the wedding ring i bought for my wife had an issue. The coating had come off and the heart shaped diamond setting had worn the metal around the band and this was their responce from that day "we have to inform you that this order has already passed the one year warranty, please understand it, thanks

Btw if i pay for a new one there would be no warranty on the new one! No im not fine with that... What do you guys think? Are we valued customers or just dollar signs to them? You decide! My advice run very far away from this company! How do I know if I pay for a new one I will get a good product this time. A new ring should have a new warranty. And what does my problem with you have to do with being fair to other customers if you cheat them they would want you to make it right as well. That would be fair to the customers.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
