I'm selecting a 1 because there is no 0 to rate. I placed an order in July 2016 for $112. I never received the ring set. I called to inquire and they said it was shipped and received. I never received it, I called back and they said it was arriving and I should check with the post office. No ring was received...
At this point August- I asked for a refund and they said they would send me another shipment with the ring set. It's October and I have still not received the ring or refund! Complete scam! I seriously suggest you read and do your homework so you are not scammed by these individuals. DO NOT Order!
I purchased what appeared to be a beautiful ring on this site. The ring was not at all what I expected it was very cheap and metal was very thin. It would not hold up for long. I called and asked how do I return this item. A young lady gave me an address and told me to mail it back along with the paper work that was sent along with it and they would issue me a credit. She also asked if I wanted to exchange it for something else - no I politely declined and said I simply wanted a refund. She told me to just return the merchandise and a credit would be issued once it was received. She provided me with an address. I continue to get emails from "Allen" asking me for information that I do not have, he has emailed me so many times, it seems like I am being harassed. I simple want a refund. If I could give less than one star on this review I would. It's a shame that this is so much trouble. I won't order anything else from this company

I am a fine jeweler and I decided to purchase a ring from their website cause I thought it looked very pretty. I honestly was worried about the quality but I figured if I didn't like it is just return it. I love my ring! It's beautiful and great quality. Fine jewelry quality. I will buy again from them.

I have to say it was an impulse buy. And I was worried that it would take the 8-15 business days. I got it in less than a week. No issues. It came in a beautiful box. Love it. I will definitely order again
I ordered my ring on September 21,2016 and got it on October 6,2016. It came in a very nice package with a cleaning cloth, ring box, and card. The ring is absolutely beautiful and very true to size. Fits perfectly! I do not know yet if the metal will start turning colors yet or not. I can update this review in a few months after I see how it holds up. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 was the shipping tracking number does not specify which service is being used to ship the item. I did do a live chat tho with one of the representatives and they did help out and let me know who the carrier was that was going to deliver it.

If I could give them a 0 I would have! You can never talk to an actual person the live chat doesn't work half the time and it takes days to get a response by email. I tried to cancel my order a week ago and just kept getting asked why and if the size sticker was still on the ring. I haven't even received it! Come to find out they hadn't even shipped it because I tried to cancel... so they were just holding the ring and my money! Now I'm told it will take 5-7 business days for the money to be refunded to my account! This company is ridiculous! Don't order from them!

My fiancé bought me a beautiful skull ring and a few months later a stone fell out. I contacted the company and they offered to fix it at no cost. They responded to all my questions quickly and gave me specific shipping instruction. It was repaired and returned to me in perfect condition. Great experience!
