To start with I purchased a ring on 10 September 2016 for R690 - Jeulia deducted R716.73 from my credit card. Customs requires proof of payment and invoice for the purchase - these two amounts must match which of course should match but they don't - a month later customer service decided that they are tired arguing with me and gave me an invoice to match the amount deducted. There where extra custom fees due to the fact that the amount declared was not correct. Jeulia refuses to pay the custom duty and have agreed to refund me but only R200 - easy way of making money without delivering a product!
I love my ring a lot. Only problem is that i am missing now 3 diamonds from my ring

This is my fourth ring set from Jeulia. I wanted a set that I could wear daily in place of my actual wedding ring. I always get so many compliments on my ring sets. The main stone on the 3 pc Rose Gold Halo Cut Vintage Set is perfectly sized and isn't too big or too small.
The black comes off. I called customer service the said it can't get wet or that will happen! So if you get it wet you're screwed!

Really nice good ring, great service and i am pleased because I ordered a size 4 and it didn't fit, so i asked for size 6 and the resend size 6 without any cost
