The ring was a great price and quality and my fiancé and future wife absolutely loved it. It took about 19 days for the ring to come. Other than that, it was well packaged and in great condition. I would recommend Jeulia to my friends and family.
Well i did order from them. On the 22nd of September, firstly there was no indication that they are imported from CHINA, even on Face Book as well, so in other words my parcel was detained at customs at OR TAMBO AIRPORT JHB. Now i have to pay penalty fees just because of JEULIA did not declared the correct amount of payment i did on the custom papers. At the end I have to pay R2598 extra to get my parcel from custom. I as a costumer was found guilty of miss-declaration of value because my proof and JEULIA's proof did not correspond. JEULIA only offered to pay R400 for the 'inconvenience'. All I can say is think twice before you order from them.
I ordered and paid for a ring on 2 September 2016. The ring was sent via ARAMEX and Jeulia stated that the ring was worth R350 while knowing that I paid R1900 for it. This has now led to huge delays and penalties with customs.
There is also no indication of customs and other costs on their website.
I have had no feedback from them, despite trying to contact them via email and phone.

It's normal to encounter the customs clearance, as your country's law, the custom office would charge the duty for imported goods, especially jewelry. My husband ordered my ring on September 12th. I have to date not received my ring, have no tracking information and no location of the ring. I am canceling and expect a full refund.

I was browsing the website and put something in my cart so that I could return to it later. It redirected me to paypal where my paypal was CHARGED! A screen popped up and it said "thank you for your purchase" only I didn't want to purchase it! I immediately started a live chat with them to cancel this order. English grammar wasn't good, "Teresa" said they would process a refund but it would take about a week to do so. I called PayPal and my bank to try to stop payment or get a confirmation of Jeulia's requested refund... called Jeulia to find out when they processed the cancellation and refund. I'm getting no good or clear answers other than that they already did process the refund and to wait several days to check back on my PayPal account. It's been an hour already and Paypal is showing NO requested refunds from Jeulia. STAY AWAY and even be careful when browsing the website!

I ordered a ring from Juelia Jewelry a year ago and it still has the same shine. The stones stay in place and I never have to worry about losing one of them. I highly recommend this site to every one. The men's rings are also very well made so check it out!
They shipped ring from China, it arrived 32 days later missing a stone. I paid to return it and they just emailed that I was beyond 30 days. They decline to fix it or refund. Buyer beware!

I searched for several months to find a wedding ring and engagement set for my wife. When I finally decided on the look and design I shopped it. Most I found were between $600 and $12,000 which was not in my budget. When I came across your site amazingly I found this stunning ring set for a fraction of the costs elsewhere. I bought it immediately and it came in a week. Exactly as shown in the pictures. It's perfect and affordable. I highly recommend this sight.
We purchased what we thought was a beautiful ring. It was gorgeous when it arrived, but within the same day it was scratched. We were told that normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. We calle dagain about a week later and were told that I must be abusing the ring for it to be in that bad of shape. After mulitple calls we are now being told that we are past the 90 day warranty and they will re-work my ring. Nit replace or refun, but rework. No thank you. Never again will I buy or recommend this company for anything. Exceptionally poor decision on our part, and we are out $190 bucks to top it off.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
