I was scared to make my first purchase but after reading all the reviews I needed to try it. Got for my husband a beautiful wedding band since he deserves a new one and got me a set too! I couldn't believe how fast and easy was the process and how fast I received our rings and we are so in love with them! Can't wait to purchase other pieces from Jeulia!
Didn't get tracking numbers when I sent them back to their Calif. Address early September. It's been 2 months since they were sent back. Sent them from Arizona. They won't give me a refund, ($417.00). Had return address on both pkg's and was never returned to me. They received them, or I would have received them back. Taking further action against them.
Customer service by phone is very unfriendly. They are not customer service oriented, I purchased a ring almost a month ago and has not been received. I was provided with a tracking number and the ring still in China. I would not recommend this to anyone.

My fiancé ordered my ring at 20/10/16 and it arrice at 26/10/16 (He paid the shipping). I have gotten so many compliments on my ring set. I love the purple stones and the heart shaped solitude. The first set I ordered I ordered too big. When I contacted customer service they helped me get it returned and reshipped the correct set on record time. Thanks for a great experience and beautiful rings!

At first I was a bit skeptical about buying online because of pass bad experience and not getting my merchandise. I took months to make a decision. The rings were all so beautiful and the comments were all positive another reason I was skeptical. But finally I decided to go for it, I wanted my ring before I went on vacation and jeulia jewelry made it happen in time. The ring came well packaged as if I had walked into a store and bought. The ring was amazing it was more than what I had expected. It's been a little under a month and it has held up great so far. It gets a bit dull from everyday wear, but shine right back up after a little rub. The ring is exactly as it is shown on the hand of the model online. My husband got me this ring in February of 2016. It was even more beautiful in person. Well worth the money. I wear it every day. Whether I'm cleaning or taking a shower, I wear it and it's not lost it's sparkle nor has it turned my finger green. I'd highly recommend it to any lady. I ordered my ring 2 weeks ago. Though I have not had a good experience I am going to stick to the facts. The ring really is beautiful. Packaged well also. However the white sapphire is cut in a way that I like my jewelry to have more fire. I requested my return the same day I received it. I went online and their website chat representative kept offering to exchange it instead. I kept asking for the return address and information. She then disconnected me. I logged back on and was given to another representative who simply transfered me back to the first unhelpful person I initially delt with. She once again would not help me and give me the return information then she said I needed to send her a picture of the ring? Are you kidding me this is the worst hassle free return policy I have ever delt with. Before this experience I would have enjoyed talking about their products to hundreds of people that I deal with a day many whom would love to purchase nice jewelry at an affordable price. However now, forget it. I run 3 businesses and if any of my staff treated my clients like I was treated today, they would no longer be my employees. 5 stars down on customer service.

This was the WORST purchasing experience of my life. Don't listen to any of their customer service comments who are "sorry" for the "inconveniences". First off they are LYING. They don't have a 1 year warranty. Secondly, we also had our ring lost in the mail. My bf (now fiancee), surprised me with the mermaid ring for our engagement. When he bought it 9 months ago it got lost in transit and at the time had a 90 day exchange policy. During the mess up in the mail that took 2 months for him to receive it, they changed the policy to 30 days and told him it now applied to him. WOW! Since it was TOO LATE FOR VALENTINES and now unable to exchange, he waited to propose to me a total of 9 months after purchase for our anniversary. It's 3 SIZES TOO BIG! HOW!?!?! Now they won't EXCHANGE it, not even refund but EXCHANGE and since it's a crazy intricate design we can't afford to get it resized and it will ruin the look of it. They have no shame!

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
