My ring arrived in 2 weeks. Today I was able to take them to a jeweller who confirmed the stones are in fact white sapphires and not CZ.

Their merchandise is cheap and they always manage to invent a reason why it can't be returned, only exchanged. Their return policy says one thing and their representative says another. Best to shop from a vendor you know.

NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered an interchangeable wedding ring set which is gold and silver color. The ring that fits inside the main ring is gold with stones and the main ring also has gold accent parts. After 3 weeks the gold wore off and now its all one color. It lost all its brilliance in just 3 weeks. I followed Jeulias recommendations regarding care of the jewelry and obviously it didn't work because the ring isn't even pretty anymore. Its just dull and the fact that the gold wore off is so disappointing because now it doesn't match my husbands wedding band! It is highly unlikely that I'll ever order from here again unless Jeulia resolves the issue with my ring!

Horrible customer service

When I received my ring it was beautiful but too big. I made several attempts through email to return it to no avail. I had to send them a photo of it, to which they replied sorry you tore the tag off no refund. ( I still had the tag) I will never do business again with this company.

Idk what all these 5 star reviews are talking about. My fiancee ordered my wedding band through Jeulia on September 25th, 2016. It is now November 3rd, three days PAST our wedding date, and we still have yet to recieve my ring. They have given us a myriad of excuses but offered no actual help. It has gotten to the point where we are starting to believe Jeulia is a SCAM and they just took our money. My advise, if you want your ring to arrive BEFORE your wedding date, purchase from anywhere else.

Order in limbo

Ordered a ring online and was unable to enter a discount code provided. After many emails that was corrected and refunded to my paypal account. I placed my order on Oct. 1st and keep getting a runaround regarding where and when the package is. Emails get me a tracking number that never gets updated. I have repeatedly rmailed them only to be given the same response. At this point i am out $140 dollars and have little hope my order will be fulfilled.
