I ordered my ring on September 1,2016 and still have not received it. After a string of emails starting on September 22nd, and a promise of reshipment on the 3rd of 3-5 working days, we'll see if it comes today. I seriously doubt it! They also have ignored my repeated requests for my money back. I know many people and have told them all not to order from this company. Scammers! If I could give it zero stars I would! I have never given a company such a low rating, by the way!

After checking with your order, we have agreed to help you resend the package for free, our customer service representatives Allen have contacted with you many times to confirm your shipping address again, but no response. Until today, we finally get your answer and the new ring will be shipped to you by DHL expedited shipping.

Poor quality. Awful customer service

I bought a set of three. Very disappointed. The center setting has absolutely no sparkle. They sent the wrong style side rings. AND they are a different size. I didn't read the small print and removed the tag to wear them, before I noticed the flaws and removing the tag ruined the return warranty. I complained to them and on Facebook
$159.00. And I get deleted from Facebook. They get shipped from china but shipping is fast. That's the only compliment I can think of.

My beautiful ring set was a size too big but the customer service at Jeulia was absolutely outstanding. They were so understanding and quick with responses. The ring is gorgeous. I didn't want an ordinary ring. I got an outstanding ring! Thank you Jeulia!

I've seen Jeulia jewellery on my fb so decided to purchase the aquamarine mermaid ring. Wow! What a stunning ring. Only cost $220nzd. I chose no cost post and it arrive within a week. Packaging was very schmancy too. Very impressed!

Don't do it

Place an order for some jewelry for my wife's birthday, on October 18 2016
Now its November 9 in a few more days it will be a month since i placed my order.
Well tomorrow is my wife's birthday and now I have to scramble to go get her a gift. Thanks Jeulia Jewelry you REALLY got me over a barrel.

Wow I have to say I was super excited about my ring purchase... then I strated checking the tracking num it said that it was preparing to be shipped I purchased it October 24 and was naturally curious about the shipping process and the customer service rep had the audacity to tell me that it takes time and asked me "Do you mind waiting" and it was not in the context of wait while I check it was like I was being impatient when I was merely curious about the shipping process

Absolutely perfect

This ring is beautiful! I have the yellow version and I've owned it for some time. I wear it daily and it's never lost its shine, it's never tarnished and it's never let me down! I'm a nurse so I'm pretty rough on my hands. I get compliments daily and no one knows it's not a real diamond because the stones are so brilliant and beautiful. The stones, on top of being gorgeous, are set very securely and I've NEVER had an issue. I would strongly recommend this piece to anyone. It's 100% worth the purchase! Just as bright and brilliantly beautiful as the day I received it. It looks EXACTLY like the picture and is true to size. HIGHLY recommend!

Junk cheap jewelry

1st it's sterling silver n then a lab created sapphire. It's not worth the money there asking. And I make jewelry n that's too much way to much it's worth nothing wrong lab created stones. Which means there not even real stones

We are given no knowledge of additional charges that we as shoppers are directly liable for. We are told "free delivery". Yet we have to fit the bill for customs clearance charges. For the final overall charges one can afford buy gold and diamond jewellery.
