Surprisingly Stunning

I was very surprised when I received my rings. Although the look so pretty on the video, they where beautiful in person. Great craftsmanship and the stones sparkle like the stars, and you can't beat the pricing!

I purchased a ring. The first interactions were fast. After recieving the order and needing to return things changed. They take days to respond and ask for the information they have example. Order number... name... address over and over and then tell you they only will refund 30%. If they only refund a portion of the order this needs to be stated in the policy. Horrible customer service and company. Too bad... the ring was pretty.

I ordered the Jeulia Princess Cut Created Emerald Women's Skull Ring. First one I received had very poor quality side stones. Very foggy and milky. Sent back and received replacement and pretty much same thing. Nothing like the picture or video on the website. Stones should all be crystal clear. Going to take my $145 loss and lesson learned.

The side stones is very small, not like the middle big stone, the small stone is hard to look clear by naked eye. I was so excited to see there was a white sapphire engagement ring so beautifully done that I had to have my man buy it to propose with. He will soon but I am impatiently waiting. Lol Well at first after he bought the ring I kept seeing so many bad reviews and felt very disappointed that we might have chosen something of poor quality. So when they sent me an email that said it was shipped out and gave us tracking codes to corresponding tracking sites (he picked the free shipping, 8-15 business days), I was super stoked and excited again. I thought I'd give it a chance til the ring got here. Well, then I got scared that we were scammed because none of the tracking codes were working or said that the item doesn't exist. So I emailed Jeulia with my concerns and they quickly and graciously emailed me back with a correct tracking number. I was then thrilled when I saw it was currently shipping in my state, only 6 business days after it was ordered! Needless to say we were satisfied when the ring arrived the next day, just 7 business days after he ordered it. Faster than the 8-15 it was supposed to take to get here! Once I saw the ring all my fears of it looking a poor quality vanished. I know white sapphires have a typical bluish tint to them and this has just that. Not to mention it is brilliant to look at. Not too radiant in house light but marvelous in outdoor light. Very satisfied. Now the only test is to see if it holds up to every day wear after my man proposes!

Horrible customer service

Cant get anyone who speaks english have been trying to fix issue for almost 2 yrs get emails offering to fix then when you try they dont know what your talking about

I ordered an engagement ring last week, and I did not see anywhere that it takes up to 7 business days for the order to even process. I had planned to get engaged before thanksgiving, but it looks like that will no longer happen. I contacted the company to ask about the order status, as well as trying to see if I could change my shipping method and expedite the order getting to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a reply as of yet. There was no problem taking the money, but there is a problem responding to customers and estimating when an order will be received. Being that Jeulia refuses to tell a customer where their item is in the processing\shipping stages, and being that they don't respond to customer inquiries, I am ready to cancel this order. I come from a family with several females in it who love jewelry, but I am pretty sure based on this transaction that I will never use Jeulia again. They do not seem reputable and they obviously don't care about the customer enough to even respond to them. When I look online, all I see are similar complaints. You guys are messing with peoples plans, (especially for engagements, weddings, etc). You guys should care a little more about the customer being that you are charging for a service.

In generally, the processing time is 4-6 working days. When you first contacted us on Nov, 14th, our colleague Allen have pushed your order and told you that the package will be shipped out in 2 days. 1 - Sophia in customer service was a extremely helpful. She was easy to work with and helped me with my purchase.
2 - The ring is very pretty, it's built well and the companies attention to detail is apparent in their craftmanship. The stones are beautiful and sterling silver is thick and good quality.
3 - If your purchase - Keep in mind that Often their product is built upon order and is shipped from overseas so be patient with the arrival time.
4 - I am satisfied with my purchase and will likely buy from Jeulia again.

Who doesn't love a mermaid?!

I bought this ring in silver with the mystic topaz stone. It is gorgeous! The detail on this ring is amazing. The picture does this no justice. I have purchased 2 rings from Julia and I couldn't be happier. If you are on the fence, DO IT! If you love attention to detail, this is your ring!

Great quality and value

I have ordered several pieces. The double heart black and white ring, and a created pink sapphire ring are my favorites. Once ordered they come in a very reasonable time (I am in AZ), they are packed for gift presentation and love that the rings come in 1/2 sizes. For the price, you cannot beat the quality and beauty.

Definitely worth it!

My fiancé and I decided to purchase a sapphire ring vs a diamond due to the meaning the stone has on the marriage, and we are amazed by the quality of the rings we purchased! We ordered 3 rings and a necklace total (engament ring, wedding and, his wedding band and a necklace that came as a gift) I received my rings and necklace within 9 days, and we are currently waiting on his. Today is day 13, we did order with two separate transactions but I contacted the company who in turn gave me USPS tracking numbers so I can follow live updates which shows it's on time for delivery! My engament ring he originally gave me is diamonds and you can barley tell a difference between my Jared's Jewelers Diamond ring and my Jeulia Saphire rings. I have friends in the jewelry industry who have stated they're impressed and will be choosing jeulia rings for their wedding ring upgrades in the future!

Fabulous ring at I love.

Got my ring today. It's one of the Skull rings and I must say it is fabulous! The detail is incredible.
The free gift I planned of giving away because well it's free so I expected a cheap tin looking freebie, hell NO I am going to keep it!
Moral of the story, even the free stuff.

I love this ring!

This ring is HUGE! BLING BLING if ya know what I mean. I have tiny hands & size 5 fingers so I normally don't go for a HUGE center stone. But I can't get over how much I love this ring. Pics don't do this justice. Select 3-5 shipping though... regular shipping takes forever. At least it did in my case... or my review would've been a 5. Either way, I'm completely satisfied!
