My boyfriend brought me a wedding set just cuz I loved the design on it the only negative I cud say about it is the size is slightly small it fits ok but cud of had the nxt size up but I'm still amazed by it its so beautiful and I won't take it off...

I am in the process of trying to return my ring as it is too big. They want me to take a picture of the size tag to make sure it's on the ring. I have refused. It's ridiculous. I just want my money back and it's going to be a battle. I will never buy from this site again and I warn other people not to.
Make sure that there is no way, shape or form that you will ever return your purchase. My experience was just fine until it took almost a month to get to me. I changed my mind on the ring after it took so long to get here. The ring comes from China, which is never stated on their website. They say it comes from a California warehouse from where it sat, according to the tracking, for a week. I contacted customer service to say I wanted to return the ring before I even received it. I was given a run around and after 11 days of going back and forth, they finally gave me the address to return it to only to let me know that any shipping costs will be taken out. They wanted me to take a picture of the tag. I had not even opened the big black box it came in because I was worried it would invalidate the warranty, which I am now regretting since I am sure they will find something wrong and I shipped it back today.

My ring was everything and more, love it and the two tone makes it stand out
I got my Jeulia ring last year in December and still loving it as much as the day I got it. I never take it off so it is worn constantly and I have not had any problems with it (no lost jewels, no scratches in the metal). It is still as shiny as day one and I have only ever used the cloth it came with to wipe the metal off very occasionally. These rings are definitely worth the money!

Shipping and purchasing was a good enough experience but the product wasn't nearly as impressive out of the box as was presented on the website or facebook pages. Ring is too thick to be comfortable and all that glitter you see on the pictures does not translate to the actual product. And. You can't return anything if you've taken the size tag off. But they don't tell you that until after you've more than likely taken the size tag off. Won't purchase again from this vendor.
I got my engagement ring from Jeulia because we are on a tight budget and couldn't afford the traditional diamonds and gold. The ring we got is white sapphire, and it's so beautiful. I wasn't sure what to expect ordering from a website, but I was pleasantly surprised. I get a lot of compliments on my ring. It sparkles a lot! The shipping was fast considering it came from the other side of the world. It was packaged really well. And I like that it comes with a cleaning cloth so I can keep looking nice.
