I had sent an email regarding my concern on my ring when it discolored four months after having it and when I received the new replacement it did the same thing in speaking with JASMINE she helped me with my concerns and offered me a different style granted I had to pay the difference I did not mind at all I miss wearing my ring and I am happy that I had that option.

I couldn't be happier with my most recent purchase of a 3-stone halo ring set. Perfect & comfortable fit. Loads of glitter without looking fake. I have 3 other rings from Jeuila and they get better each time. Shipping time is reasonable and they have good communication.
This is a scam, rings aren't real, very cheap material and there is a possibility of you not receiving any rings at all, they will steal your money, this is a Chinese scam! Save your money! Beware!
I love my ring. Im highly allergic to anything not pure gold or silver. This ring never gives me issues ever! The stone has not gotten cloudy and washes up just fine with mild soap. I use the silver polishing cloth and shines right up, but not needed as its always pretty. It really is worth the money. I mean its a really good product.
So I actually liked this page on facebook a really long time ago, and I must admit I was super skeptical about it. I've been teetering on if I wanted to buy a ring or not, and decided to wait a bit. They ended up sending me a ring because I had reported a company that was stealing their designs, and I was ecstatic nonetheless. I had seen reviews before that made me feel a little iffy about it, but when I received my ring, it was beautiful, the stone in it was big and shiny and I'm just all around happy with it. I got my ring in about a week which is incredible as well.
This ring is stunning with the "marriage" of copper, brass, gold and silver with diamonds. If I had the money to blow on Bling, this would be what I would buy!
I ordered a round halo ring wedding set specifically to wear when I travel. The set I chose and received is beautiful. It is very detailed and presented in a beautiful box complete with gift bag and polishing cloth. The timeline in receiving my ring was very fast. I am 100% happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Jeulia.
The set I have I've been wearing since I got married on August 26,2016. The black is coming off on the bott and the insides. I wrote a comment with a picture on Facebook and it was deleted. In my opinion that is no way to conduct business especially since I paid $100 for these rings. I hope this issue with my ring set with be resolved.

I received my ring today & I was really pleased. This is one of the best deals on the internet. The ring is very sparkly, like real diamonds. The craftsmanship appears to be of excellent quality. The bonus here is, it is at a fraction of the cost of real diamonds. You would have to be an expert in real diamonds to know the difference. The ring fits true to size. I highly recommend Jeulia Jewelry to anyone that wants to have an impressive ring to show off.

My boyfriend ordered a ring from JEULIA, and I have to admit... I was skeptical. There are a few bad reviews floating around about them. Was not happy with the look of the ring when I saw it in person, used USPS to return the ring. I lost my receipt from the post office so now Jeulia will not refund my money, despite the fact that my order number, name & all important information was on the outside & inside of the package. They told me they receive over 3000 packages a day so they no way to identify mine without a tracking number (which I lost). That tells me they have a very poor return system, and an extremely large amount of returns.
