Im writing this review because I am very happy with my shopping experience. My first ring runs a little long to arrive but I would dispute that my fault. The second one had fast shipping, only 4 days and it is exactly what I had ordered. I even feel like not taking it off but I have to keep it for my party on 18th.

Not impressed. They advertised that if you ordered by a certain date, you would recieve it in time for Valentines Day. So we did but that didn't happened.It arrived weeks later so I emailed several times about returning it and got no reply. The only time we heard from them was when we disputed the credit card charge. The ring was not all that great and it was so small you wouldn't know there was skulls on it unless you put it under a microscope. Aliexpress.com is selling the same ring for $20. Won't buy from Jeulia again.
My husband ordered the aquamarine mermaid ring for me as an early Christmas gift. It's stunning, and looks even better in person. He was also able to apply a 60% off discount! The ring arrived at our house in 2 days, in beautiful packaging, with a complimentary polishing cloth. I will absolutely order from this company myself, and encourage my husband to do so again in the future.

I ordered a ring for. My wife last Thursday on the 1st December it said 1-4 shipping. Here it is the 5th and I don't even have a tracking number the order num8 tells me nothing every time I email get a automated system who can even answer my question. Call now answer during day or night. Live chat lol real funny... I got 2 calls through one said order has been rushed. The idea call sat on the 3 they say it has not been shipped I'm like for. You first time this is sad. I had plans on asking my wife to renew vows in Vegas this weekend clearly they have ruined that thanks jeulia

Ordered a ring & received it with NO Invoice. The ring is too small & the next size is too big so I want to return it! I got a reply that they wanted to know what size I needed so they could replace it but they don't have my size so I asked for my money back! No reply for 3 days now! I have NEVER ordered anything & never got an invoice!

I was absolutely devastated when my wedding ring broke. This transition was difficult for me as we were looking for a new ring for almost a month! But your website made it so easy to navigate through all of the beautiful rings that you have until we found the perfect one! I've never been more happy, and have never received more compliments than I have with this beautiful ring!
They're website states hassle free returns. Not the case at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The jewelry was nice, I admit that, but I wanted to return it & they made it so difficult that I have kept the rings and am now trying to get at least half my money back by selling them. Don't buy unless you're sure!

I purchased a ring from Jeulia.com on November 10th-2016. At check out it said that I would be receiving the ring I ordered no later than 2 weeks from purchase date. I recieved an invoice on the 11th with tracking information. So a week after the purchase I tried to track the package with no avail. It said that "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" three weeks later the tracking still says the same. Today is December 2,2016, so I decided to contact them to find out the status of my order. I got the run around. So I requested a refund. They were trying to blame the USA mail for the delay, for me to wait until December 11th, a month after my order to make sure I haven't received my purchase then they will send another ring via UPS. Really? I don't think so, I'm calling my bank and will dispute the charges.

I followed the link to no avail showing 100's of others. The I finally found another one. I went to order it, the order wouldn't take off the 30%. No reason why it just wouldn't accept it. I tried ring number 3, once again it wouldn't accept the 30 percent off and the order wouldn't go through even without it. The website is full of malware. My anti virus kept sending messages that there was viruses and to exit the site so I did. When I flushed the cache and ran my anti virus there were TONS of items (I had just done the same at midnight last night and NOTHING was in there.) Be careful on their website and don't except the 30 percent off even if not on sale (sale prices are only $10 off). This is a joke. I think I was dealing with China by some of the ciruses.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
