Company has twice refused to process a return on a defective ring. Escalated through PayPal, and was told to mail the ring back to an address in China. (Bastards.) Cost me nearly $30, and they still won't process the return!

F*CK CHINA, and F*CK PAYPAL TOO. I will continue to post complaints on every possible forum about both of these companies until I feel I've cost them TEN TIMES what I've lost dealing with these criminals.

P.S. Their worthless "customer service" has made no attempt at further contact. They LIE once again to make it look like they're doing something.

Still WAITING

I ordered a ring over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I don't think it has even been shipped. There's no information attached to the tracking number and I can't get a response when I call or try to chat online with a Jeulia representative. This is very disappointing and poor customer service. If you're not going to send me the ring I purchased then refund my money.

I ordered a ring September 5th. I got it in 9 days. I was to big, so returned it for a different one. Returns are not easy! It's complete B. S.! By the time I was able to get someone and reorder my ring it was November 6th. Today is December 9th and I still don't have it! It's in transit, in China until December 4th. Now it says it's in transit in L. A. The only response I ever get is, "Please be patient it takes 9 to 25 days. Our season is very busy right now with orders." Well I have been more than patient, this place is an absolute joke! You already have my money, so why do you care. And it's been over the 30 day return so I can't return it now if it doesn't work! Unless you live in China do not buy from this place! U.S. A be aware.

It's a RIP OFF

I ordered a ring set from Jeulia.com on Black Friday this year. It showed up on time but when upon opening the ring since I didn't inspect it 100% ( it was a gift.) I was informed that it was missing three stones in the halo setting. I've emailed the company twice and called the 1-800 number once, I've gotten absolutely no answer on whether or not they will refund my money. Turns out because the jewelry tag was removed they will not issue a refund nor replace the ring. The ring left the box it came in once. This company is a scam, sending sub-par fake jewelry with promises of hand made quality. Highly disappointed

Words cannot describe how I feel about the purchase that we made from you.

The boxes were exquisite high quality just like at a jewelry store.

The jewelry was exactly as it was in the picture and it Sparkles beyond belief.

It took me at least 30 minutes to stop looking at the jewelry.

Everyone is ecstatic about how beautiful these pieces are and because I love sterling silver this is just amazing! The one-year guarantee is an awesome thing as well to reassure new people that you stand behind your product.

Poor customer service

I bought a ring and had to return due to size. I picked a replacement ring in November 2015. Received it yesterday December 7,2016 and it is not what I picked. Called today to find out I must send back at my cost. I feel as though since this is not my error why must I pay for return.
Really wanted ring I chose for Christmas but with this hassle am going elsewhere.

She loved it.

Received our ring and it was even loved by my wife more than I could hope. We had to cut the old set she had worn for 45 years and I showed this to her and she said she liked it but once she actually got to see it and place it on her finger she loved it.

Following my last review, Jeulia were very quick to respond and tell me I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. Guess what? I haven't received it.
So once again they prove what terrible customer service they have.
Jeulia if you read this... this resolve this dispute and refund my money as you said you would.

An Extremely satisfied customer

Hi I just got my order and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the two rings I ordered. The craftsmanship is so excellent thank I am thinking of placing another order. But my only hurdle is the payment I find it very difficult as there is somewhat a restrictions I don't know from PayPal or from my banking institutions as this order where supposed to be three rings but I ended up only paying for two. But nonetheless I am very very satisfied.

Love my ring, husband did perfect.

I was scared at first because we ordered another ring from a different company. It looked cheap so I was scared to do this again. But I love it. Has a nice center stone and rubies on the side. Beautiful. Best money ever spent. Quality perfect. Would order another one. It's beautiful. Got to is super fast.

I wasn't expecting such a beautiful piece of jewelry! I don't have many items of jewelry for sad reasons but I've being going through a lot lately, my son was diagnosed with ALL (leukemia), my husband left me in the process and when I seen this I loved it! My oldest son's favorite color is black, so when I look at it, I think of him... It's my first piece of taking my life back! Thank you!

I had such a hard time tracking my order. When I was able to track it, it said that my package had been delivered and left at my front door. I never received the order and I contacted them and they said I would have to contact USPS about it. It is their responsibility to find out why I didn't get my package. I guess since they already have the money it doesn't matter to them. Will never order anything else from them.

We have contacted with USPS, they need take 3-5 working days to inquire further for the matter then will give us answer. We recommend you contact with your local post office since they were the final person who was exposed to your package, they knew the status of the item clearly, it would be easy and quick to solve the problem, better than us to wait the answer from USPS. Wonderful

My fiancé asked me to marry him with a Jeulia ring and I of course said yes. I specifically did not want a diamond because of ethical standards. I get compliments all the time on my ring. I never take it off. I also work with my hands and put them through a lot of beating and my ring is still as beautiful and shiny as the day it was put on my finger.
