My ring arrived in one week, and it looked even better than I anticipated! It has a substantial weight to it as well, compared to other rings in this price range. I've had so many complements, even without telling people I got a new ring. It looks amazing!
I had my doubts when i ordered my rings but i am so glad i ignored them! I absolutely love the set i ordered. I ordered back in the spring and have had no problems with them. Every time i wear them i get compliments. Would love to order more!
The ring I ordered was not the quality I expected and was too big. When I called the customer service line next day, I was told I couldn't return the ring if the tag attached to it had been removed. There wasn't one on it when it arrived. I finally got it to where I was told I could return it for a refund. I have never heard from them since--so now I don't have the ring and am out the money, as well. Never again!
These rings are amazing! The entire experience was wonderful. The shipping time was much faster than I expected. The rings fit beautifully and are more than I expected. I love them!

I sent an order back to Jeulia by UPS with tracking number and insurance on Jan 10,2017. According to UPS tracker Jeulia received my return on Jan 16th, 2017! Customer Reps said no they didn't receive anything. I repeated my tracking # like a zillion times to her and the Carrier. It As delivered by UPS taken into their place and a guy named William received it on Jan 16th, 2017 at 2:51! I want you to find my package and return my money to PayPal. Stay Away from This Jeulia and Joancee. They're scam artist and keep your money and never answer their phone calls or messages. And I have used all their Phone #! I even messengered them. They are Load of Crap. Order #*******

I ordered my ring after I saw it on Facebook. I received it a few days later. It is in a beautiful box, and the Ring is absolutely Gorgeous. I love it!
The ring that I ordered arrived in a timely manner and is beautiful. Unfortunately, because it has a wide band, I should have ordered a slightly bigger size. The website promises a 30-day return policy. It also says that it will not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization. I followed the directions on the website and did not remove the tag from the piece. I sent an email in which I included my order number, the SKU # of the item, what new size that I wanted, my contact information, and a request for information/permission to return for an exchange. I received a reply via email asking that I supply the order number and contact information so that they could help me! The email also said that they would respond in 24 hours. It's now been six days, and my original email and a follow-up email still haven't been acknowledged. At this rate, the 30 days will run out. And don't even think about trying to call customer service. All you'll get is a busy signal. The jewelry is beautiful, but the customer service is terrible! UPDATE: Eight hours after I wrote this review, I received detailed instructions for how to exchange the ring. Stay tuned!

I got my ring in a timely manner and it exceed all expectations. This is my wedding ring and I love it. I was a little worried but there was no need. It fits me perfectly and the box they gave is perfect to protect it.
So my husband finally decided to buy me the ring I've been asking for and the reason I was able to get it was because of the Black Friday Sales Event (which was going on every where). I called 3 times the 1st and second time they told me that my gift would ship out those same days and I would receive an E-mail confirmation and tracking number, So 3 days later still no E-mail, So I called again and the Rep this time told me my gift would not ship until the 11th and I requested a refund he said "no we ship today"! I said to him I feel like you're telling me what I want to hear and I told him I wanted to speak with a manager he said" No managers were available "I then contacted paypal and I have a claim against Jeulia thru paypal and I highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this company!

First, they argued with me about my request to return. Then I had to "remind" them that they owed me a credit a month after the jewelry was returned. When they finally processed the return, they deducted $10. For shipping even though the order confirmation clearly states that shipping was free! Very dishonest!

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment. Now you can see the silver peeking through):
