Took 18 days to get ring. Did not care for the ring. Sent it back using UPS and requested a signature. Was delivered and signed for. That's been 2 weeks ago and many emails. Still no refund.
I purchased a ring which was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately I sized it wrong, I promptly returned it and after much correspondence regarding the return and forwarding another shipping fee I thought I would receive my ring back promptly. Well I sent it back on October 27th and as of 12/19/16 I still do not have a ring! I have emailed them numerous times and have asked them to track it for me because when I would check it was untrackable coming from China, they said it was shipped Nov 22nd. Well still no ring. I recommend you make sure of your sizing bc returns are a disaster!

My fiance and I ordered my engagement ring from this company. Unbeknownst to us, the company is in China. It has been over a month and I still haven't received the ring. We requested a refund, and were told that they would just send out another ring. We told them that we didn't want to wait another month, so they could just refund us. We were told that their were no managers available, and the person on the live chat (and the language barrier didn't help the situation) said that they "have no authorize to refund", "I need to contact back, that will be ok" Please do yourself a favor, DO NOT order from this company!

I ordered a ring and when I received it, it didn't fit and the shoulder of the ring was so big that I couldn't put my fingers together. I have sent email after email and days go by before I hear from them about returning the ring. At first they wanted to exchange it and then they wanted a picture of the ring with the tag on it. I have done everything they asked and I still do not have any way to send this ring back. Do not be fooled by their money back guarantee.

Received my ring today. Could not believe the quality. Real Diamonds, $12,000. Jeulia $139.00. And they look exactly the same. Very impressed and one very happy customer. My husband wasn't too agreeable on the ring I chose, but the day it arrived, OUR JAWS DROPPED! We love it! Shines like real diamonds do! Finally the perfect ring to wear even if it's not "thee set", we're absolutely satisfied with our purchase on Jeulia. (The price and deals during time of purchase, are amazing!). First of all, do not chose free shipping if you want tracking information or if you need the item quickly! After waiting for over a month I had to contact Julia twice but I was finally sent a replacement ring. This ring was sent DHL and arrived in 5 days. Second, the ring is absolutely gorgeous, however, it is of extremely low quality! The stone looks like cheap plastic and the rings sound like 2 gumball rings when they cling together. I could have gotten a $10 ring at Walmart that is better quality than this one. Third, after reading about all of the hassles of trying to return or exchange the ring I guess I'm stuck with my $150 gumball ring. Lesson learned! I will not buy from them again.

I haven't seen the rings I ordered in person so this is a review on the customer service. I have two tracking numbers and neither work. They say "not found", so even though I ordered in November (should have received by now based on there claims of 5-7 day shipping) I still haven't received anything.
I've emailed them a couple times with little luck. They said, It's on it's way. HA! Okkkk.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
